Sometimes you find the champ that fits you like a glove, and you feel, why wouldnt I ever pick him... when that happens know that you have found the champ for you in that specific role...

I don't think this is actually how it works... I think in order to get the other running animation, you need some sort of temporary movespeed buff (homeguard boots, ghost, youmuu's, etc). I tested it in a custom game and bought tons of PDs, SSs, and Zephyrs, but the animation never changed. But as soon as I bought Youmuu's, or popped ghost...
Indeed, the running"sprinting" animation (as with all champs that have one, except sejuani) happens when you get a movement speed boost
Funnily enough, Bristle's (sejuanis boar) moving animation changes from a walk to a gallop when she passes a certain point and permanently stays there, I think its either when you get boots 1 or 2

On a Side note... its fucking hilarious... except maybe in Aram... when you discover that listening to someone complaining about laying an egg is harder than laying the damn egg in the first place... XD
It usually doesnt annoy me, but it depends on the emote
it doesnt really change how I play against/with him... although I feel I have accomplished something when the bastard dies
