Must say though, Riot also stomp champion into death for reasons different if not opposite to balancing issues, they by no mean is willing to make any healers/sustains viable, which actually makes the balancing of champions worse.

Riot won't do anything, Rumble now sitting on around 48-49% win rate, and is somehow counted as a "balanced" champion in terms of Riot, even this could be a continuous decrease when ppl finally learn how to counter him and not get bullied.

I don;t think garena will have much a great performance either.

TPA certainly has some of the most powerful players in the world(Stanley, Toyz, Bebe), but I don't know how much problems will rise after their shotcaller(Mistake) left their team. I don't know much about their new support, but I do believe Littleballs is not among the greatest jungler.

    1. there are no conflicts between wave clear and assassin

    2. certain degree of tankiness is actually desperately needed by assassin, or he will just go in and die

    3. He is super fagile without reinforced ult, this by itself cause him to bare higher risks than many other assassins (e.g. Akali)

Lastly, Kha is not a pure assassin to begin with, what assassins have 2 incredibily short CD ability and morderate sustained AA?

Vlad is not "recourseless", he got health costs, if he doesn't have a build in sustain than he sucks really hard, ever play Vlad yourself? Your E drain your health so quick that your Q is a "necessity" not luxury, for a Vlad to be very sustained in lane it means he can't cast either W/E, heavily restricts his damaging capability, which in turn makes the lane equally safe for your opponent.

no aggression is nothing close to "bad", we have turtle strategy across all the games and it was the 1st time I ever find the term "toxic" being used

At the end of the day, soraka doesn't have infinite sustain for free, if you lane against a soraka, you have little if any chance being killed.

For the matter of Vlad, he doesn't really sustain that well before he hit lvl 9, can be shut down rather easily, and is also vulnerable to constant early ganks.

hater gonna hate, random players always QQ when they lose, no matter how, and this occupies a majority of the player population in LoL(much more serious than that in the other games), making the community even worse.

For true gamers, their fun lies upon improving themselves, not winning, nor blaming how a champion nvr found strong in higher elos to be blablabla

hopefully we can still keep our blue ezreal, consider how important SotLE is for him, straightly nerfing it with 10AD is a little too much

So what are you going to do if you encounter a kog + sustain lane? Waste mana and try to poke that won´t work? Or surrender and let kog free farm?

You still have your mid laner and jungler to gank. Also, when we are talking about healer we are generally talking about their late game presence. What's more, if supports are now meaningful to take gold, the reason for supports(healers) to stick with adc is pretty much gone(They are now useful with gold and should just try to take some gold themselves). Even in the current meta, we already have the solution of going all-in champions like Leona bot, pressure/zoning/insta-kill enemy adc when needed.

There are still plenty of safe stall lanes...

That is why Janna and Lulu (and Nami) can solo lanes, because they are not as ridiculously weak as sona and soraka(heals are basically meaningless). And, shields are generally stronger than healings in numbers, but currently banch line is dragged down by the weak healings, and healings are just the bottom of the bottom with scalings like 0.25/0.45
