Reign of Gaming

In my opinion Vi should be placed way higher than Tier 3. She may not be the best invader or a duelist, but she is extremely good at ganking and clearing the camps. At the duelist side, she can easily escape using her Q, meaning she will not die from other junglers that often. Ganking and clearing are the most important parts in which she excels more than other junglers who are sitting in their lovely Tier 2.
