Why nerf Riven so hard. Her 'thing' is high hp regen. So never hit that with a nerf. Nerf everything else about her but not that.

Banning doesn't add depth to LoL like it does dota. Banning pick is stupid because you get to just outright prevent a dude's use. Imagine a fighting game where I could ban the counters to my main. Ridiculous!

Ordered 1-2-2-2-2-1 picking is fine. Banning should be removed from lol

The reason trundle isnt played is because he is a bruiser who doesn't have a gap closer like irelia or nocturne for example. His W is so weak compared to a targeted teleport like irelia or nocturne. Therefore: pros do not play him, so low levels dont play him because they dont know how good he is. Unfortunately, he can only be good as a bruiser with a team that knows what he's doing, so he has this niche group of people who use him but he isn't good at pro level.

Twitch, because of his ultimate has the ability to MISS COMPLETELY and lowest base health in th game, is the most reliant on positioning. Who cares about poison when positioning is so crucial and difficult? Positioning twitch makes him interesting, not some DoT doing 36 damage ps max.

Anyway nothing actually changes here. 

Yeah that is the point. His laning phase is so incredibly bad that he can not get fed, or even farmed.

Note that this tier list is for toptier level competitive play. No professional team is going to let you get farmed when you play twitch as an ad carry.
