Viktor with Sion? The most kitable 2 spell mage with poor scalings? Heimerdinger? Do you even read Viktor's skills?

I disagree strongly in this one. He does needs some tweaks, but should be (at least) t5.

Also, is this list for competitive play or soloq?

Did u tag this champions by "AP" based on their scalings? (just asking because i've never saw a player build any AP other than Spectral Wraith on ZAC, if we are talking about AP Carries)

I also think there's too much champions in T1. Kayle, Karthus and Ahri/Nidalee should be T2.

Amumu + Lissandra wombo combo. Calling it right now.

Also very strong CC, escape and awesome utility overall.

If her stats are good, she will be too good. If her stats are bad, she will end up as a support (Zyra?). Kinda wanna to see the "mid term" Riot will implement to make her balanced.

What of those listed would be a good balance to train with, assuming 4 - 6 max. I enjoy high mobility, options in play, good burst, champion that feels quick and who can at least be decent laning and scale to still be able to carry or at least still dish it out well late.

I would recommend Riven, but im unsure how the nerfs will actually affect her gameplay.

So, let me get it... You want mobility, a character thats feel "quick" and can carry at late game?
You want Kha'Zix - Jax - Riven - Wukong/Akali. Akali cant carry hard enough IMO, making Wukong a better choice.

Well, i would say that the Randuin's slow is much better. Sure isnt "perma slow", but it makes much more easier for u to escape/lock targets. Also the FH's aura is noticeable (is not that huge, but yeah...) and you are a assassin; they can predict you are coming simply by noticing the debuff.
Also Randuin's slow is 15% more efficient and gives you CDR, armor, health and HP/5. Much better than Warmogs if you arent Shen, Olaf, Volibear, Trundle and so on...

On a side note, while CDR is important, it shouldnt be your priority. I mean, 3,5 sec Q and your leaps resets when you assist or kill someone.
Keep in mind the job of an assassin: you have to deal a lot of damage and retreat safely. You dont need CDR that much because you need to kill someone fast (generally in 1 combo) and escape (or keep engaging behind the front line), so CDR is kinda wasted in most of the cases.

Burst > Cooldown Reduction. Keep that in mind.

Theres no need for a Warmogs imo, since Kha'Zix doesnt works very well with "health stacking" and you will be melted anyway if you are focused. Your job isnt to be the frontline and tank, is to sneak around and assassinate champions. Tankyness works much better on Rengar, you should try him if you like the "tank but still does lots of damage" style.
Guardian Angel is much better than a Warmogs on Kha'Zix imo. Just a GA + MR/level runes + Merc Treads you get a 115.5 magic resist already and 35% tenacity.
I would replace that FH with a Randuin's and replace that Maw with another BT.

Wait... I just read "buffs to GP and Nasus over and over"?
Then you should check their background at the patch notes. I ABSOLUTELY disagree and u should research more after saying "x champion is buffed everytime and still dont fits the meta".

The only buff GP had in a LONG time was the refund on Parrrrley. Aside from this refund, he got a little buff at the Yorick's patch then got nerfed 5 patchs in a row. Is that "buffs and buffs"? Absolutely no. Its more like "nerfed in a row so theres nothing to excel at while being safe as Irelia or Jax, for example".

About Nasus, yes, he got a series of buffs, but no team likes to pick him. The best late game among the "tanks", but absolutely 0 mobility. Is not "they learned how to beat Nasus", is more like "this champion dont fit the competitive scene and is kited too easily". Kinda like Sion.

I saw Viktor and i was like... No fu*king way. So you look at a solo tier list or something like that and simply defines that a champion is crappy?
Viktor just needs a way to attach his ult on someone and an upgrade for his Augments. Soft CC, Hard CC, silence, his push is too strong and has a stupidly strong combo with high AoE damage. His two only weakness are no inherit sustain and no mobility.
I know you "just took the bottom of elementz tier list", but its better take your own notes before tagging x or y champion is crap because he doesnt do well in solo q or something like that. Viktor is DEFINITELY, ABSOLUTELY not a part of the "crappy tier 3" mages, hes just underplayed because of his difficulty/confusing augments.

Agreed with the rest, but i think Kha'Zix is fine. Hes just outshined because the meta implies the junglers to be strong CCers/gankers or junglers who are relevant without much farm or items, which i am hoping to be solved on S3.
