Like a few others has said here.
Just pick up Ahri, easy to play, good on pushing her lane. Do a Q over the minions, the ranged minions should die if you have picked up any AP. If not, last hit them and use W in the melee minions. This should just take a few seconds. When you have done that quickly go bot or top for a gank, get the kill and come back. Her ulti is practically made for that.
Just repeat that.
