tear, catalyst, spiritstone and glacial shroud can be good substitutes depending on the matchup and your champion.
Don't underestimate the value of max mana. I found that more often than not a glacial shroud has helped me more with my mana issues than mreg would have. And I don't see why you would run chalice on garen btw xD I think you have a typo there

basically, it gives you 10% cdr, 14hp/5, 7 mp/5 and all its passives for 450g (compared to a bf sword). It is INCEDIBLY cost efficient if you can make use of more than only the ad

Alright, what about the oversimplification of things? Like I remember the first time I tried out Lee Sin most people were going "It's so fucking easy to win with him, just Q->Q punch people in the face and win the game"...but after a lot of failures and wondering if that really was the way to play him, I found that it's better to save the Q for an execute or to close the gap after a flash. I also learned more about how using W as the first ability toward a straggling minion or ally bait is perhaps the best kind of opening for him. After more research I learned that there was a whole lot more to Lee Sin than what people chanted constantly.
So what about champions like Vi? I just get told "making plays is easy...just press R and you're done" but I find that if the target still has flash or you lack people who have gap closers, initiating with R is like a death sentence. Is there more to her teamfighting/ganking post 6 than Qing and Ring in?
I usually (almost) only initiate with R when I am confident I can take out my target quickly or they are so heavily out of position that I can lock them down long enough for my team to take them out. If that is not the case I initiate with Q and save my ult to lock down high priority targets during the teamfight to reduce the damage my team takes and I tend to use my Q and R for peeling a lot.

rengar, zed, lee sin, wukong, kha'zix, irelia to name a few examples. lee sin would match your description the most but he is not the strongest of these (note this list is by no means exhaustive and does not necessarily mean these champs are the best fit for the role)

Right now im struggling on having fun on league. I woud you like you guys to tell me some champions that i can have fun with?
what is this fun thing you speak of?
Get some form of voice communication and play with friends or sth. Or just play with friends in general (or stuff like the gents club etc).
I can't tell you which champs you will enjoy, but I think mobile champs like fizz and lee sin could be quite fun for you since you can pull off a lot of stuff with them. -

I had a friend who got placed into bronze 5, lost his promotion series twice due to stuff like you described, dropped down to bronze 4 and said he wanted to quit lol (or ranked at least) because of stupid teammates and how it was all useless and stuff. I told him to just go on and one or two weeks later he got into silver 4 (by the way, he later stated that of these four divisions he was in, bronze 1 was by far the worst in terms of trolls/ragers and stuff. my guess is that this is due to people trying to get to silver thus being pissed even more at teammates who "suck" in their view or who "steal" their roles so they "cannot carry".)
morale of the story: just keep trying.

This is what I've always considered a 'Hyper-Carry' to be from when I played a lot of DotA.
A Hyper-Carry is someone based off their farm and items, can get full build and 1v5 the opposing team with full builds. As in, they facetank the burst damage, the sustained damage, and all of the CC. Afterwards, they proceed to kill everyone and continue to push or do Roshan/Baron or whatever.
By that definition, LoL has very few potential Hyper-Carries. The closest thing was Jax when dodge was around.
and ad sion if the game goes on long enough xD -

Mres reduction is worse than mpen because the reduction is applied before % penetration and therefore works the same as penetration did in S2.
Thus, 20 mres reduction is actually -18.4 enemy mres with masteries and only -12 with void staff+mastery.
that's exactly why it was not reduced like boots, HG, void staff etc because it was unaffected by the penetration mechanic changes - To post a comment, please login or register a new account.
