Why are you still nitpicking at him?  Does it matter how it was worded?  He made it clear of what he meant and it was logical in that sense.  How do you know if the girls he was talking about didn't actually ask one of the member of his grp to play with them.  Of course they may or may not have known that the member was hanging with his grp at the time.  He was telling what has experienced.  He also made it clear that it's human nature that sucks.

But it doesn't matter does it?  You're just trying to create frictions from assumptions.  You've never shown the guy any respect in the first place, regardless of if he actually deserves it or not.

You're just as much as a piece of shit when you start calling others shit.

Don't rage at me now coz I didn't call you shit.  I'm just saying...

Personally, I've never had that much trouble with his mana pool.  Just don't CS with your skills.  Flask definitely helps and I love it.  If you can't start with Flask like when you're facing Riven, Renekton, or Garen, buy a mana pot instead of 5 HP pots.  If you're good enough with his clone then put 3 points in utilities for the mana regen.  I used to take 3 mana regen Glyphes since you're facing AD so you don't need the MR early, but I haven't ever since Flask came out.  May be that'll help?

Oh, and another important thing is knowing when to trade so you don't waste your mana/sustain and not gain any advantage.

    For example:

Wukong can out trade a lot of people at level 1.  If you take cloth and Riven doesn't then you'll win the trade with your E and it's AS buff.  Her Q and passive isn't that great level 1.  A lot of Wukong don't even come close to Riven until level 6.

Same deal with Garen, but you have engage while he's inside the minion wave.  Just E and keep attacking him.  He'll loose the trade if he starts with Q and if he starts with Judgement then just kite him.  He spins very slowly when hitting minions.

My point is you have to win trade and outplay your lane opponent as Wukong.  There's no other option for him.  The best way to do it is to experience it yourself.  Don't be afraid to feed and have bad games because the monkey is curious.  Only in doing so you'll learn how to engage properly.  All the wussies try Wukong during free week and call him weak but they lack the courage to see his potential.  I see a lot of pros trying him out now due to his team fight potential and next thing I see they got TriForce on him.  /Facepalm.

^ If you're having trouble with Darius use Flat Armor Seals, Flat MR Glyphes and buy cloth 5.  If you want to win trades you have to engage on your own term and not let him engage on you.  E in then clone right away or auto then clone depending on his reaction time.  You have to bait his W on the clone and orb walk to the side while staying as close to him as possible taking minimal dmg from his Q.  Now Q him and keep attacking him.  You won't loose the trade.  When you both hit 6 it gets even easier.  Trade with him till he gets around 2/3 HP.  Bait his pull or W just make sure he can't turn it into an all in.  When he gets to 2/3 then use everything on him including ignite or Exhaust except your ult then use your escapes to disengage and wait till your CD is up again EQ and ult.  He'll die while knocked up or as soon as he lands on the ground.  Unable to complete his ult. Darius is one of the easier match up TBH.

Lee Sin is not really Wukong's greatest counter like everyone else seems to think.  Of course you won't win your lane easily but you won't loose trades that hard as long as you don't commit or all in early.  One thing you have to learn tho (this is game changing when facing Lee) is to learn cloning backward so your clone can block his Q.  That's where half of his dmg is.  Harder then you think.  Timing is important.

Garen is not really that bad.  Just start with cloth 5..  It all comes down to how good you are at baiting his skills with your clone.  Also for the love of god don't ever run into a bush you know he's in no matter how low he is.  Only do so when you can clone and EQ to kill him.

There are match ups that can be fairly difficult and they might discourage you from trading but you can not give them free dmg.  You can miss a CS or 2 but NEVER take combos from them.  If you're not confident with your cloning skills just yet then turn it into a passive farming lane.  You can do that by farming and use your E or clone to disengage when they try to jump on you.  One important thing tho, is if you're giving up farms then do not buy Dorans.  Try to get Brulalizer even before you get your boots.  It's the item that can turn 90% of the match ups around.  The sooner you get it the better.

I still don't know why people think that Wukong gets enough armor shreds from his Q.  He doesn't.  Of course it's extremely powerful in helping him do his job which is killing the carries and win 1v1 but it doesn't help during team fights.  His AD ratio is off the charge that's why you only need the AD you get from your Armor Pen items.  Last Whisper is so powerful for him in team fights and even more so in 1v1 because of his Q.  Brutalizer is core early-mid and Last Whisper is core late game.

A lot of Wukong players fall into a trap that's called TriForce and understandable so.  It does tons of dmg and looks so good on paper but it's not practical.  You won't be autoing when you ult and you only proc it once with your EQ combo.  The main reason why FM is better is because of it's consistency, combine it with Ghost and you can pretty much stick to anything.  It gives you the tankiness you need while ulting and it's a must because of how LW gives you no def stats.

TriForce + Warmog is worse than LW+FM in term of dmg, utilities, AND gold efficiency.  Beside Wukong scale much better when you can spend your gold to stay above the armor curve.  Brutalizer>FM>Black Cleavers>LW just fit so well into the phases and does not require you to be fed and gives you the ability to come back no matter how far you've fallen because of their cost efficiency.

Don't believe me?  Just try it.

Do some research and you'll see a lot of the top Wukong players run 21 in offense and some only put 2 points in Tough Skin for the trades opting to go with 7 in Utilities.

Hello. Those pros must be veeeery pro. Now, since you're still in S2, why don't you go read Though Skin once again?

Well that something I didn't know or didn't care for.  Wording is kinda confusing.  That makes it even worse for Wukong in the def tree.  I still take it though ,regardless, because I usually steal their Wraiths or do Golem as Wukong to gain an advantage.  Wukong is one of the few top laners who can still do that now if you take the sustain starting items like I do.

Going 14/16 or 9/21 doesn't help you avoid any of that.  You'll still get destroyed by them and also loose the ability to outplay them through trades.  You also can't scale as hard when you get your Brutalizer.  Any good Wukong knows the important of that item and how much your entire early-mid game is depended on it. Also his passive and a cloth 5 start is already enough to make him tanky regardless of which mastery.  If you need even more help early use Armor Glyphes.

Wukong can actually handle most of the lanes you have mention by knowing how to engage on your own term and knowing when you should let them engage first.  You can outplay a lot of those lanes by fake cloning and orb walking while cloning.  The only one that you can not beat no matter how good you are is Irelia and the player has to be very skilled to do it.  Normally Irelia is easy.

I didn't say I'm building him tanky.  I said I build him with tanky dps items.  For example: Black Cleavers, Frozen Mallet, Maw of Malmortius.  The core is of course BC, FM, and LW.  Besides that your build can be very flexible depending on the outcome of the game.

By going 9/21 you give yourself no chance of scaling back against those lanes because they can build tanky and deal tons of damage while you can't.  Wukong's ratio is off the charge not his base dmg.  It's all about scaling in the lane not building resistances to counter certain lane.  It was already like that for Wukong in S2 and even more so now in S3.

Do some research and you'll see a lot of the top Wukong players run 21 in offense and some only put 2 points in Tough Skin for the trades opting to go with 7 in Utilities.

But let me ask you something.  By your post I pretty much know you're not a long time Wukong player then why are you counter picking yourself?  Don't first pick as Wukong and use him as a counter.  He can counter and snowball really hard against certain lanes.  You can achieve that much more effectively with 21/9.  There's not even a reason for you to run 9/21 if you don't main him and if you main him long enough you will still take 21/9 over 9/21.

Wukong scale much better with 21/9.  You can build armor to win lanes but they can't.  You also snowball much harder with Arm Pen and Executioner.  21/9 is the reason why Wukong wins most 1v1 at lvl 6.  Trade a few times, disengage,  and all in when they get around 2/3 HP.

There are hyper aggressive bullies who can win against Wu but going 9/21 isn't gonna help you much.  They'll destroy you regardless and you scale much worse with 9/21.  There are certain match up like Renekton or Riven who will destroy you if they get just a little ahead.  Your only chance of winning the lane is to start cloth 5, kite their CDs, and outscale them.  You don't scale well at all with the defensive tree.

Also Wukong isn't Darius, he sneak in and disengage.  You strike when you see an opening and destroy their carries then get out of it gets heated.  You don't have to walk through AOE or focus.  Of course you'll become somewhat vulnerable while using your ult but that's why you build tanky dps items and run Ghost to make sure you hit at least 3 people so the knock up will prevent some of their dmg.  The only reason why Wu can build tanky and still dishes out crazy dmg is because of his scaling with Arm Pen and his burst.  21/9 has everything that he needs.

Executioner doesn't amplify your ult as much as it amplifes your EQ burst combo.  It's really powerful for cleaning up and kiling squishies.  Also there are times when I have to disengage with Clone and Ghost to run away from an all in against a Darius or Riven to avoid their ult then come back 2 secs later with my EQ combo then ult.  They can go with 50-0 during the time they're in the air while being knocked up or die right after they land.  There's no way you can win an even 1v1 against them running 9/21.

You loose too much of the ability to outplay people with 9/21.

There's nothing wrong with running 21/9 on Wukong.  Defensive is very good right now but Wukong scale much better with Arm Pen.  I only 9/21 when facing high early dmg champs like Riven, Renekton, or Darius.  Wukong isn't a tank he's an AD caster who has a tanky passive.

Like I said, a good Irelia is very rare.  At the highest level, you can't win against an Irelia.  Let just say a decent Irelia is 2/5 which is easy for the most part.  But a good Irelia is 5/5 and a great Irelia is impossible to win without jungle interference.  When you get to the level where the players know how to farm passively and deal with trades it is when you have to learn Wukong all over again.  Good players will turn time itself against you and slowly drive you out of lane.  There's a reason why Wukong isn't being played at high ELOs.
