Thanks Gustaf!  I'll have to take some of these ideas into practice, although I have been playing a lot of Blue Ezreal, I could break out Tristana or Ashe using these ideas.

Excellent post Stonewall!  I have felt a little lost lately with my jungler picks.  A lot of my junglers have become outdated(Mundo, Jax, Olaf), and while I have had success with them, it was not without difficulty.  I really just needed a few new champs to bolster my strategic options.  I have Nasus already and had a great game with him today.  I think I'll pick up Sejuani, Maokai, and maybe Trundle.

The last paragraph of the "Item 4" category doesn't seem right.

"A combination of IE/PD/LW/BotRK is the worst choice of all -- by this point, extra AD doesn't help too much and the time-to-kill is much higher than combinations shown in this graph."

But... IE/PD/LW/BotRK IS on the graph.  All in all that paragraph is hard to understand, and I don't think it's just me.  Can I get some clarification?  Or does anyone else think that it might have just been a mistype.

Interesting article.  I hadn't really thought about it that way.

What about Ahri who has AP scaling true damage?  Do you think that it makes a big enough difference to tip the scales to deathcap? (or just make it close)

Agreed, it seems more like something a tanky AP jungler might get if they build Philo early on.  Mid could build it, but it would be kinda niche.

Agreed.  I love buying both when I want lots of durability on myself, and for my allies.  I can't help but smile when the enemy assassin/bruiser of your choice decides "That squishy Sona(my fav support) must die!!!" and suddenly realizes that Sona is not as squishy as she might appear.

I support in my own way of never dying, soaking up damage, and being a beacon of auras for my team.  I also run summoner heal for the lulz (and the extra max HP from the mastery).  Combine heal with Locket, Aegis, and any heals your support may have, and the enemies will wonder why they can't kill anyone.

  • posted a message on The Fall of the Theorycrafter

I have done a little theorycrafting in my time, and even posted the results instead of just for my own benefit.  I felt that out of the responses I got, I felt attacked (on the LoL forums), and moderately disagreed with (here on RoG).  This is more of an issue with my own ability to handle criticism.  I get a little too annoyed at anyone who disagrees with me. >.>

All in all, being a regular poster of theorycraft is not for me.

I think he needs it, because in order to collect souls in the laning phase, he needs to either be winning the lane, or take some harass by going over the minion line.  It depends how long the souls hang around.  I don't PBE, so I don't know the details.
