I think evolving Q is still not that good, since the benefits of evolving it aren´t that great.
Evoving Q sucks for teamfights.
And you wanna have the evolved W for faster wave clearing, so you can have 300 minions at minute 30.

running a single crit rune is luck based and retarded.
if you say, going for this one lucky crit is good, then you should just go for the 9 crit runes saying, well, putting some more luck in there is good, but it actually isn´t.
