Wards are OP as fuck. Here's a question for you. How often would you die if you knew, at all times, where all the enemy champions were? Warding allows you to play aggressive, zone the enemy adc, prevent your adc from getting zoned, and allows you to poke them in lane as well. You should prioritize a sightstone, with a few pink wards if you're playing an aggressive support, as otherwise, you can't really zone out their adc. After the sightstone, a philo stone is a good choice, but make sure to keep one or 2 wards, with at least 1 pink.

I dunno. Your csing is quite low, and your scores don't quite stand out to me as you carrying hard every game. IF, you level up a smurf to lvl 30, and end up being placed in bronze again, that would suck a lot.
I suggest csing better, and getting out of bronze V.

what is the most efficient and effective MR item to buy on an ADC, assuming you don't need QSS effect?
Would probably be Banshee's, as it gives health and mr.

No. They stated it that if they were being consistent with vayne's silver bolts, it would completely turn off silver bolts. However, so that the item doesn't make vayne weaker, they specifically coded it to make sure that hurricane does not apply silver bolts.

I lost mine a while back, I think for getting banned for leaving games. I recently got it back a couple of days ago though.

Furor is definitely the best choice IF you can kite. If you look at what the pros are building every game on Caitlyn, they're building homeguard or furor.

Ofc, alacrity is still viable, but that 12% bonus is extremely useful while kiting.

BTW, correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think he ranked the champions within each tier list.

Umm, the meta has changed considerably. If you want a look at the popular picks/bans, go to http://leaguepedia.com/wiki/Riot_League_Championship_Series/Europe/Season_3/Picks_and_Bans/Spring_Season#Statistics.
Some things to note.
Kayle, Akali, Vi, Elise, Renekton, Kha'zix and Volibear are currently top picks that were not picked before.
The meta in mid has changed into a highly mobility based meta instead of farming meta. Thus, champions like Karthus, a previous top pick, has not seen very much play.
Bot has changed from champs with easy escapes to champs with strong laning phases, I believe. Therefore, Cait and MF have skyrocketed in popularity.

TBH, I'm pretty sure that most pro players max q first on vayne. That being said, the "standard" build path is BT first, then PD, then you'll probably pick up a defensive item(I build giant's belt or finish it into warmog's), then get an ie and LW. However, I have seen some builds have you pick up an early avarice blade for the extra gold, and later finishing a stattik shiv, so that's another option you have.
