I'm pretty sure normal's MMR has nothing to do with pick order ^-^" like DARKWING said, I've had people dodge (say like the person who was last pick and didn't want to support/jungle/mid etc) and I've gotten into queue again with the same exact people with a different person first picking c: If you want to perceive the skill levels of your teammates your best option is probably to LoLKing all of them during champ select and then LoLKing your opponents during the loading screen c:

Hey c: soo why is mf so meta right now? i almost never see people do poorly as her, is it just because she has a killer ult? or for some other reason? she doesnt have an escape like ezreal's E or Corki's W or Cait's E so blahs i dont understand c: help? ^-^;

She typically does well against squishys with no stealth revealing moves/silences! c: she does badly against tanky people.. and vision wards ,_,;  well that's been my experience with her c:

I've found if you act really nicely to everyone else on your team they tend to play with a less toxic attitude ^-^; so when i'm solo queuing i just try to be the optimist and my team always seems to play more calmly than the other team! x3 god i'm not sure if that made sense... terribad engrish

The new BotRK will make her top tier again!.. i hope ^-^; i love Irelia! but i agree that she's not as strong as she was last season :c
