    late game scaling? no

you have to start with machete or it takes too long to clear.

What are his strenghts? Not his passive, not his ulti, not his W and his cleaver is useless in lane. What?

Mundo is UP. His passive is so bad I wouldnt even notice if they removed it. His ulti at level 1 is like 4 pots.

If he were OP, his popularity wouldn't be 1.52% with a ban rate of 0.04%.

It's very easy to see imbalance when it presents itself. Nobody didn't know Black Cleaver was crazy when it came out. On the other hand, it's much harder to propose explicit changes to fix that imbalance without overdoing it.

Riot apparently didn't know. Why is it okay to "overdo" it so that it becomes OP? Clearly this goes both ways, but there is a desire to release OP things (supported by about 50 champs being OP at release). So no, its not much harder to fix it.

but her kit has such amazing sustain and escape that it heavily rewards a very aggressive playstyle with very little risk.

That is exactly what OP is.

Low risk, highly rewarding = OP. I understand you don't want her to be OP, but she really is.

"After reviewing the past 12 months of data, we’ve seen that cases that are unanimously pardoned or punished tend to be extremely accurate—"

That's interesting. There are quite a few cases posted on EUW where people got banned for essentially nothing. There have even been cases where the banned victim did not even speak once.

Amazing this guy isn't fired yet. He has no credibility.

That Riven nerf! Hilarious. Wont change a thing.

Can't believe they keep releasing champs. There is only greed at this point. The game certainly doesn't need it.

That is the captain of the frensh national soccer team. At the world Cup. He went to far.

IWD likely got hundreds of reports, maybe even a thousand. Which led to small punishments. Over and over. He did not stop. Went to far =/

Soccer players are notorious for faking injury.

We do know tribunal users like to click punish without reading and people report for everything nowadays.

Attention all those against this ban:

Riot sets the rules for their game. It's *their game.* That means that they get to decide what is ok and what is not, and the penalties for breaking their rules.

IWillDominate broke the rules repeatedly after repeated warnings and punishments. He was punished 8 times; beyond the normal limit of a permaban.

If Riot sees that this player has repeatedly broken the rules and made the game worse for his teammates, then he is a toxic player and should be excluded from the game. Riot has 100% the right, and in my opinion, the obligation, to uphold this ban and show people that they don't lose all power to be banned after they get to a certain elo/professional level.

    Applause for Riot.

You bought into that shit? They want people to be robots. And now they want to control what people do outside of the game? Fuck them.

You get punished for having an opinion and dropping an f-bomb. This means nothing. Their rules are unreasonable and cannot be followed, thats why so many people are banned.

Riot is completely wrong and the tribunal is primarily used to go get back at players, not because anyone is actually offended.

What the fuck? 99% of whatever he said is no doubt covered and protected by freedom of speech. But even if that were not the case, to ban someone for what they are doing OUTSIDE of the game is just hilariously wrong. To even think that a game-company's "powers" reach into the real world is probably the dumbest thing I have ever heard.

Do you think the NFL, NBA, or any other professional sporting organization behaves any differently? They ban players for inappropriate behavior on and off the field. It is right there in every professional sports contract, a code of conduct, or in this case a Summoners Code. If we ever want people to take E-Sports seriously then we have to grow up and act like a professional sport. This was not an arbitrary or unwarranted action on their part. The offending party was given multiple warnings and chose to ignore them.

Not for a couple of f-bombs and some trash talk, which is what we are talking about here.

Riot knows "flaming" scares away new players, so they have to protect their revenue by banning people.

There also have been repeated incidents of similar behavior outside the game.

As for the tribunal, it has been proven that players go there to punish everything regardless of if the "victim" actually spoke at all.

Probably his only fault was being human and competitive. I say unban!
