You can report people for feeding if it is intentional(have encountered this case in 1 out of 2000 games). it really hard to tell  some time poeple are just lagging are like me i cant even play league any more afther the tpa skin patch my game keep freeze and shit and with the Shit riot support system if gonna take 2-3 week before they answerr me and try fix it

 I was playing jungle eve last game and my top steal my blue buff at lvl 1.. afther i run to my blue and die form it it was 50 hp to it when i die. What i should have done? beucas ei was lvl 1 at 4 minute

I just think Riot should ban toxic player who abuse of report system because they make this game toxic and shit

I have been trying lvl up a new smurf and every game I see `Toxic player`. Every 1 or 2 game some  rage leave or afk, I see talk shit every game ..
All these game make me think about what toxic player really mean!
I think you're a toxic player if you're the  guys who qq about all bad move happend in the game. You're not toxic If you comment 1 or 2 bad move.
I think you're a toxic player if you refusing group with your team,because they're to much nuub for you and you're refusing play or help them.
I think you're a toxic player if you rage quit or afk( refusing play because he is Mad) Here is a important points  if you afk for 15 sec for getting food it fine or if you're afk because your neighbour or your family ask you to help them because they really need it and you fall back 5 minute later it Still fine. Just shut up you think this game is To much important you're the most toxic player and that becasue of player like you i am making this post.

 Finaly, I hate `TOXIC PLAYER` who're really dick with every 1. They think this game (IT A GAME) It so important that they have to report people....
 AT season 1 no body was giving a fuck about report and that was SO MUCH FUN.
SERIOUSLY WTF. Why poeple think about report other poeple. When to you start care to much about a game TO denied other player to play this game.??? I think about all they fuckign bronze poeple who  start a smurf and think they're pro player and ask for report bot because they're losing lane with mord,master yi. At end of the game Mord and Yi did 2vs 4 and win but all the early game our stupid jungle Was qqing about report them . Report them for feeding (YOU CANT REPORT POEPLE FOR FEEDING IT STUPID)
Do you report poeple on call of duty because they 're having a bad kdr???  Do you report poeple in MMORPG because they're lower lvl than you??? and having bad caractère with wrong ability? Do you report poeple for losing a game of chess????

Every 1 game I see 1 Guys who need and ask for report poeple For good reason like
1,having to much death(even if you're the tank or what ever reason),
2.losing lane(OMG THIS 1 happend SO mannyyy time even IF you're laning vs a SUPER HARD  COUNTER AND THE guys pick afther you,
3,having bad cs( you're a nuub  you deserve report....what ever toxic player),
4.having bad map awarness( you got simplely outplay afther over extend)
5. got dc(BRo i see that shit so many time) you have a dc and the game is going out controll and snowball super hard. when he get dc and afther the game the guys will ask report him for dc and some stupid shit like that.Who care!!! He having internet trouble or what ever just report him, just report him REPORT HIM!!! HE MAKE ME LOST A GAME 0.0)
6 Having a combo Out of meta( Here is my favorite points: Me and my friend was doing Adc taric and ap elise bot, when taric Was broken as fuck and elise afther her 1st buff she got(she was op as fuck vs ad with the armor and taric ulti) Afther lvl 6 NO lane was able figth us all adc trying to figth was getting stun from taric Burts down Cc by elise and burts burts down.100% to 0 every 1. We lost 1 game  and our team talk shit so much to try make us get report.

All they stupid reason you think that never happend??? I see taht shit every max 2 game And Even when i was  playing on my main it was happening but less.

For me i report all dumb player who ask for report other poeple for stupid reason for negative attituder + doing false report and afther i report the guys who they wanted to report  and write a comment like( He was fine doing fine not troll or all  just him teamate qqed for shit)

mmm I rigth this post because i was FUCKING mad ABout THIs dick head(YOLO SWAGGONZ and MURRICA) Who report me because i was having lag spike all game and cannot play rigth keep chassing  when i was lagging and i give 1st blood because of dc and afther jax just keep give me. At 25-30 minute it was fix and i buy mejai just for show them They was wrong( they was i was a Troll and doing it to troll)....afther 3 team figth i was 15 mejai . You should rush I .E/phamtom/last whisper,abuse of your op passif and 3 hit and jump everywhere
Tristana Q 1 best stéroide attack speed W Good jump on reset E good base dammage R it cc aoe
Her passif is op(if you think caitlyn passif is op Think about tristana lvl 18)she really viable.

for support you should go Janna or lulu With the good ap ratio of tristana and lulu bonus it really good early game (lvl 2-6) Blitz it really fun 

what i am trying to said it riot should make not make himpassif work like a minion it stupid ( i have totry if you can tp on zack apssif) but like YOU canT SMITE anivia egg why you can smite zac passif?? idk  it weird AND GOD RIOT PLZ FIXX ZAC e SO BUGGY keep going in ramdom direction like 1-2 time each game really anoying

I think riot should remaque zac passif to work like anivia passif. Nunu Cant eat a egg with consume but he can eat the little zac when he use him passf, and you can smite it (you CANt SMITE Anivia EGg) That make zac passif be really weak... I even wonder if syndra can move you with her W power..Cuz him passif work like minion ...

i remember one time with of my teamate we invade fiddle at blue we was galio and annie we did 2 vs 1 vs fiddle kill him at wolf and walk to the blue to try steal it when alll they team show up at the bush and galio ulti 4 of them .Afther i Q W Tiber they ass and ace was done  2 vs 5 ez win they surrended at 20
