Well, Elise is fucked if that actually happens. She's strong, but it's gonna be like nidalee, where she needed those to go in and finish people off. Difference is with the new item/starting builds nidalee was able to work through the problems.

No. It won't. The Jungle was too tough in the beginning so they made it significantly weaker to bring variety to it. Then everyone realize AoE clearing was OP as shit and it stomped out the variety there. Champions don't have the base stats to jungle will be fucked over yet again. Especially with the leash change.

Mechanically? Kinda. They totally fuck shit up that isn't the norm for this game.
Blitz has been literally the same damn character for like 3 years. Now people are finally finding him to be good? I remember playing him ONCE and realizing that potential.
Jayce is strong, but not unbeatable.

He's an assassin. IE is nice but it doesn't compliment his kit well. The critrate only affects autoattacks, not Heartseeker and spear. IE would be better if it's critdamage affected his spears. LW is definitely good but it interfered with flat arpen like Brutalizer, which was what helped Pantheon the most, raw damage nad armor pen.
I thought it did work on his spears because of E's passive. But only on those.
