Its absurd to say that. EU has way to many realy strong and talented players. In the strategic aspect NA might be ahead of EU but looking at raw talent EU is ahead without a doubt. Look at Bjergsen, he was not even top 3 mid eu, goes to NA and stomps everyone in NA untill they catched up to his lvl. NA imports players from left and right BECAUSE they dont have enought talented players!

i dont know its just from my personal experience with talon im only rarely able to kill my opponent 1v1 in lane and have a dent time farming, with fizz on the other hand its so easy to kill my opponent its unreal. getting cs is another matther ofc.

Fizz has a abysmal earlygame and talon has decent laningphase? i guess i play those 2 completly wrong. Talons laningphase is horrible imo and Fizzs earlygame is 2sick2btrue

the thing is even pros are like that. Voyboy played talon once and every other pro started to speak about talon, some(like mancloud) even place him as tier S midlaner and stuff. he gets 10x more often banned aswell bcause of that. sad times inc

thats probably the reason why i think hes weak. I evolve and build corectly but i dont play with his new strenghts. good thing im not alone bcause doing decent is the bestcase scenario i saw from the new khazix in ranked.
