I am getting tired of jungle champs being nerfed because laners abuse their mechanics. But to be back on topic the nerfs hurt her early sustain and clear speed significantly, well those were truly amazing so she still clears without many worries.
She is still playable but I am pretty sure now she can be invaded easely and murdered in her jungle, she is not really good at recovering either so I think it is going to be tough out there until next patch.

The really sad part is that she was a dmg gank jungler and the nerf of dmg really hurts the early ganks and the ability to snowball which she is all about since you can't keep up in farm in the jungle and tanky junglers get more gold efficiency.

I am looking forward to the jungle change on camp respawn though maybe this will help her farm the jungle fast and get items. Secretly at night I dream Riot will just make the jungle as efficient as another lane so junglers will have the same power as laners and won't need special jungle mechanics/items which always end up being abused by laners.

I am not a Jayce player but I think the Hyper Charge already has max possible attack speed so you are wasting so much AS stats with SotD. Also I think Jayce generaly dislike AS items since most of his skills scale on AD.
Now if you build like ADC I suppose you could do something like IE/SotD, use Hyper Charge and after the 3 hits activate SotD so you would have 6 super fast hits. You would have to keep it to burst down a low hp champ to reset part of the CD on SotD and maybe chain it in tf.

It would be a bit gimmicky since ADC Jayce has positionning troubles anyway but it could work as a fun build I think.

I noticed while watching last LCS that Ez players tend to complete manamune right after lizard eventhough they are far from it being full. I believe it is because Manamune stacks faster than only tear.

Allow me to disagree on that. If someone is doing something wrong I consider it a favor to take the time to point it out. You should be polite about it and if the person decide that you are dumb and refuse to listen it is up to him. At least you didn't stay passive while he was doing smthg you knew was a bad idea. I believe that as long as you don't insist to the point of annoying him and don't rub his face into his mistake afterward there is no problem with that. I will give you that usualy people will react poorly to it but if I don't sense that the person is already raging I will usualy try to do it.

Is Malady actually useful somehow on her? Instead of Nashor's? Not sure, though.

Not sure, but if you go Sheen -> DFG -> LB don't you get insane nuking potential?

And what if you do it like the default bruisers, get one damage item and then full tank? Anyone tried that? Which damage item to chose? Nashor's? DFG?

Think I talked about some of my bruiser builds a few posts back.
Basicaly Sunfire + HG + Abysal scepter gives you a ridiculous tankyness with all the benefits of base value dmg. You can still get Nashor's in there if you want to abuse the passive too.
I don't believe that a single pure dmg item + pure tank will do you any better than stacking hybrid items both for tankyness and dmg. Remember this shield is scaling on AP.

How about Morde? I feel like he gained some viability since S3. The health meta helps him generate more shields and scales well with his ult, his W and the new mpen builds also help his early game.
He still has his issues of pushing lanes and being easy to gank and to kite but definetly better than at the end of S2.

Agreed a glorious patch it is.

They bought skins and champs, not the right to insult other people. It is like saying I bought my ticket to go to the theater so I will talk loudly on the phone while the movie is running and it would be unfair if I am kicked out.
If you practice sport and are competitive you can be as much if not more frustrated when you are loosing, yet you have to stay respectful of the other players. Do you see NBA players insulting each others?

They just look so silly. Haven't you seen St vicious trying to do the Hecarim with his Viola?
