She's still very good. It's unlikely she'll turn out that way unless they nerf her actual kit and not her damage.

The nerfs were for her damage, not mana.

It's mainly his mana costs. I still think he's fine, but this season hasn't been good for him, his armor shred isn't as effective and TF also got nerfed fairly significant. I still think his base damage is fine though.

I think Azure Cats and Curse Academy will have a high chance of getting into LCS whenever they can qualify mid-season as I think they are significantly stronger than some of the teams who have already qualified right now. Let's just say the 8 teams will definitely not be the same group when the dropout time comes.
