why the nerfs on Taric... why?! hes not really a good choice on pro level already and yet, another major nerf on his early - mid game stun duration!

It provide AD, and Eve skills scale AD with her scales and auto attacks a lot, its not wasting the stats
and E proc the damage twice, followed by significantly increased attack speed with more procs

Iceborn vs FH depends on how fast you want to end the game. Iceborn is better for teamfighting earlier. FH is better lategame. You get Black Cleaver if you run Iceborn to hit 40% CDR. Otherwise LW lategame is still ideal.
Early Tiamat actually might be viable on Nasus simply because in current iterations of S3, last hitting with the splash damage actually does add to your Q.
why black cleaver? Nasus attack speed is slow n ur DOT is magic damage so no ammor reduction.
id rather jst keep it as a brute and sell it later for last whisperer
and I really dont see a place for brusers in season 3 after the pen changes
