you know i really dont think sejuani is op in solo Q. i think if perhaps you are organized or on a team she might be. her kit is great, the slows, knock up and % damage are all fantastic. but hitting the ult on the important people isnt always easy, she cant do ANY DAMAGE ever and even if you get fed how will you carry with a support jungler?

plus her dragon control is atrocious and shes not that tanky. it really bothers me whenever i pick seju and do great my team will just flip their lids and lose the game and i cant carry on her like some other junglers.

madreds is enough for clearing jungle. if they have a lot of ad get locket first, if double ap get bulwark asap. i usually get boots 5 asap as well, but it all depends on the game. 9-21 is probably the best for j4 since he does a decent amount of damage while being tanky. for runes you can build him all ad, with armor yellows and mr/lvl blues or all ARP with the same yellow/blue. i like ad myself, but to each his own.

you also never mentioned what league/division you play in. are you pinging before you gank? do you use smart cast to throw out your combo faster? would probably need a bit more info

the nerf to turtle really hurts. sad to see it go. i also pretty much just see udyr getting kited all day. and without the sustain from turtle he cant really lane at all anymore. pretty lame.

and zac seems to do no damage, but his ult is nice.

any jungler. it does not matter at all who you play. obviously avoiding skill shot junglers if you arent confident in your ability to land them. but seriously, it doesnt matter AT ALL who you play because what does matter in solo Q is who matchmaking gives you to play with for that game. does the other team have the dummy that doesnt ward and starts doran blade/ring? well you can send your kids through college on the gold you get from that guy.

on the other hand if you get the team of dum dums that wont ward, wont listen to pings, no map awareness etc then the enemy jungler is going to be educating his children.

im sure its 1650 for the item on top of the bilgewater

he has built in tenacity, can also get it from masteries. but pretty much just build zephyr. i get this item on quite a few champions now. cloth 5->warmogs-> spirit visage->aegis if behind/close game/lots of magic damage-> zephyr if im rocking it.

defense tree is too strong to pass up. i tried olaf with 0-9-21 for the ms and spell vamp and i must say it was nice being able to clear jungle never dropping below full life. but then you are way to squishy in team fights. i play all my junglers 0-21-9 or 9-21 =)

good to see you dropped skarner to tier 4. but shyvana is still a great counterjungler who scales well into late game imo. not tier 5 with the likes of karma and heimer

dont forget the issues with creep blocking. that hurt his fat bear body as well.

i very rarely get the same role every game. mostly due to pick order. but what i do is ill play the same champion in each role, that way i can at least get familiar with a smaller pool of champions. of course in the jungle i'm very comfortable with 5-6 champions since i don't have to worry about matchups like i would in a lane
