but i remember i saw a post about diana, someone said that he love diana but he hate her hair, and asking riot to remove it if there is a new skin and someone from riot said diana is getting a new skin that is not same as the last one but keeping the hair, so diana is getting a skin but no one know is 975 or ultimate.

i dont think it actually change that much.....it is just 5 mins
in s2, if soemone tanky who have it, is forever
now, it is not even a big deal, it will not change how the game work....

Kat has low base damage and her only High scaling ability is her Ultimate which can be interrupted.

if you believe her ulti is all she have and only things that deal damage, then i can see you dont play kata at all.
what she is good is not her utl, is the reset, her Q+W+E is her stuff to murder people, her utl is more like something she will used when she use everything, like a smoke bomb to hide her weakness. Scarra is almost the best kata in this world, but he dont use utl that much, only when he see the enemy is running away. this is what kata is scary sometimes, keep reseting and clean everything and unstoppable.

1. dont use adc or sup in rank, that solve lots of problem( low elo only)
2. what you need to do is not farm, is to make the enemy piss at each other and make them fight and win the game, and the who to cause that is you should be the one who kill them again and again. not the one who farm. ( i am not saying farm is not important, but in low elo, kda is more important.)
3.if you can only play adc then find a friend to be your sup or jg or mid ( top too far unless bring tele but that may cause top lose)

tears is a great item, and it make the extra mana become something important.
in s2, tears gave too much mana, for example, ryze, ya, he need mana to do thing and to make embracce is a great way to duel with the extra mana but causing another problem, Ryze become too hard to duel with before the magical-> physical change, now is kha, jayce.
neft the champion is not actually a way to solve, they are strong is because of the item, i am not saying the are bad before but they suffer mana problem and now, like what hash said "Now introducing infinite mana!"

is my kass game, in 10 mins, it went to 0 9, top die 1, jg 2, adc and sup 3 so we are pretty screw. and i start to think about surrender. they have ez,sona, diana, nunu and shen, we have vayne, leona, kass, vi and nut. bot lane is blaming and each other. and that is my 1 game in rank using kass and probably 2 game facing human, and the first one is last year. so i  say fk it, let me give a try on carry this game. at the end, i got 14/1/14, everyone is like thank you kass for carrying. we win and the enemy team is blaming on each other about who fed the kass. i was just flying around and people just die...i am like yes, i am have 6 hp and almost got kill and still join back to the fight and kill sona + ez even shen is there...i was like that is the best game i have played.

if you are picking it for rank, try to not pick ori because you are not waiting for team fight and win(your teammate can give up at 20), ori cant just kill the enemy and roam. she need $$ until she get the unholy thing ( i am not saying she is bad,she is my main in normal, just not a good pick in rank)
zyra, she can counter most of the melee mid like zed, diana etc.(scarra) she is safer pick compare to ori but you need to really good at landing skill shot.
kennen, good escape, but kinda hard to stun your enemy during laning phase or enemy ganking. and cant puch back your lane unless you use ur body to farm(E+W i believe), he is great in team fight but mostly the enemy champion can kill you easily or make your cant farm. 
low elo rank is win your lane and roam to make the enemy blame on each others( i believe is from froggen or someone)

diana, lux, ryze(kinda), yi, akail, cho, leblanc, fizz, elementz actually wrote some champion about solo quene in the tier list, so check it out.

check it if you want, more than 600 ai games, and including all the other account, i can tell you it is close to 2000 games of AI
i am sliver 1 right now and with 190 win normal games because my friend invite me to play. dont laugh at my skill, i  carry lots of game and my KDA of some mid like diana is more than 4
and i am still playing ai everyday, to just talk to people and teach them, it is not because i hate challenge, it is just i want to enjoy the game, ai is hard when you dont have runes and masteries. but it is also a place to train your farming( i can farm 300 minions in 25mins in normal game if the jg let me to take his wraiths), carry( not before lv 30), learn the skill like ori, cass(the bot have good skill)
trust me, ai can learn a lot and dont laugh at the poeple who are playing it

but can you say zed is bad?
can you write something to prove he is wrong?
dont just use no one care about him to be one of your evidence to annoy him, he has his point in there. 
zed and kha is the only melee carry that can actually exist in this game
fiora, yi, tryn, do you know why they fail, because they need AS, they need time to hit the target and duel the damage, what zed, kha can do, they can build exactly the same and still do same or even more damage, why? because they are using ability, they can do damage in a sec, they are not only assassin, they are also melee carry. 
Try the same build on fiora, yi, tryn, i am not saying is bad, but you need more time to deal exactly the same damage. and that give you enemy time to kill you.
