I feel that olaf now is weak, he has 40% win ratio, this doesn't mean everything but mean a lot about his strenght (xelnath says that talking about xerath win rate...).

imo, what caused this issu is the slow nerf on his q, now it is nearly useless unless you have teammate nearby. (Now you are always kitted and rarely can anything about it).

Olaf kit his very unique, i dont know any viable champ that fit in the role he had (kill the enemy carry no matter what), while still being tanky and laught at the enemy cc. (i think popy is simular to olaf gamplay wise, but she isn't in a good place too...)

tell me if you find someone that can do what olaf does while still being very viable and I'll will be very happy.

i think tier 3 or 4 because he consume too much mana and he is juste bad at ganking so in the end he isn't as good as other jungler at ganking and isn't as good as other jungler to clear their jungle. why woud he be in the jungle. Plus he is a pain to lain against why do you want him to jungle...?

You still think volibear is tier 4? 

If he still is why did they used him in competition recently? (it's not sarcasm just a question because maybe he could be ok in certain situation...)
