I think the new items will create interesting builds, maybe some fotm ones.  But over 1-2 months, everyone's going to eventually start using the same builds as the pros, because if you see someone good doing it, and is doing good? Might as well do the same.  Monkey see, monkey do.  But it'll create some interesting games for the first month for sure!  I'm really excited for it, so I love the new items.  :D  I think teemo mid was already gay from before, so he'll still remain annoying.  But I really think Elise has potential, and is the next OP.  Just my opinion, well good luck everyone in season 3!

Gragas & AP Kog is great for pokes.  Orianna works too, kind of.  Synergizes with Maokai (esp this.), Amumu, or Malphite really well.  

EZ / Corki is good, need to escape or dash in when intitating, or intitated on.

Maokai imo, the best for poke comp. Press W to snare, and saplings for vision, and helps the mid land easy targets.  Strong intitate when other team low.

Jayce atm is fotm for top.  So go with that, and you'll be golden.

Sona or Soraka are good.  Probably Sona, the E and Jayce's wall gives so much unexpected MS.  Amazing for running, and intitating. :)

Twitch and Evelynn need to switch places after the re-works.  I also feel that Xerath has also been doing better now after the ult delay being reduced again.
