Skarner in the jungle was hit hard by the new meta. Skarner in mid or top is strong as heck if you max E and get some AP on him. An early chalice solves all mana problems for him and the fact that almost no one realizes he has an E spell makes him deal a lot of unexpected damage. Besides, almost all of the laners I've run into as lane Skarner don't realize the threat of a lane gank once Skarner hits 6.

Many people have problems with his laser and give up learning him because it takes some time to get used to his abilities. If played correctly Viktor has insane potential and can singlehandedly carry a game. His ultimate rips clustered teams apart, his laser is a great zoning and damaging tool and his W can turn teamfights if placed correctly. People just haven't realised his potential yet, but I actually expect him to become Fotm sooner or later.

Naut might be a good choice, but be reminded that he basically deals 0 damage if his W (shield) is broken or not up. If it is, he deals surprising amounts of damage especially in early game. Other than that, considering that you like playing CC-heavy junglers, he might be well worth picking up as he is easily a tier 1 jungler.

Just finished a game where I was godlike as Quinn. Played Top against Jarvan, and he honestly wasn't that great, but boy does she deal damage. I maxed E to get my passive up more often, and I was able to constantly kite them down. She is a very viable top given your team has some kind of tanky character in the jungle.

How does Skarner outsustain Zed? He's super mana reliant and he can't even play top well let alone mid. Besides, Skarner is weak to Zeds trades and can't return damage. And his ult countering Zed is just another instance of hard CC. If that were all it took, Malhazar would be a great CP to Zed.

Skarner does indeed outsustain Zed, people forget he has an E skill as well, and that is what you should be maxing as mid lane Skarner.

His mana problems can easily be handled by starting flask, you don't spam your skills as lane Skarner, besides Zed's energy consumption is pretty high as well.

Playing AP Skarner mid is at least even to Zed, the trades are even most of the time due to Skarner being able to heal back from his E and hit some Qs if Zed is in range.

It's just highly unlikely anybody would choose to play Skarner in lane and not in the jungle.

Sejuani's early clear got buffed, her early ganking got buffed, but her damage has been lowered by a huge margin. The days of getting Liandrys right after Locket are over, and that is a real pity in my eyes. AP Bruiser/Tank Sejuani was a really awesome way to play her, but it is kinda useless now.

Her W feels a bit clumsy to me, but should be fixed till she gets released on the live servers. Feels good up to now, definitely an improvement.

I have read somewhere on the official forums that they are working on new special interactions between champions, not sure where exactly though. I'm not sure that would work with Seju and Ashe though, as Ashe does seek unity with the other tribes and does not want to fight them. However, I think a hidden passive between Lissandra and Sejuani could be possible, I secretly hope that in some of the next journals Lissandra attacks Sejuani's tribe, that would be awesome.
