How do I jungle Rammus in S3?

    Slowly.

On a serious note: AS Marks (for better clearing speed with Machete), Flat Armor Seals, MR per level Glyphs, Flat Armor Quints, 0/21/9 (improved buff duration, faster Smite with Mastermind) or 5/21/4 (solves some mana issues, you still get some manaregen and improved Flash CD) or 0/25/4 (tankier).

Start with Machete, get Boots of Speed and Spirit Stone/Madred's asap (Madred's if you plan on selling them later on and you care about your early clearing speed, Spirit Stone if you plan on getting SotAG later, have mana issue and/or your first Golem was denied to you somehow); then get Philo Stone (only if you plan on getting Shurelya's, otherwise skip it), Tabi and rush Sunfire (this helps your clearing speed a lot) and Aegis. At that point what you should build is situational. Good items are Frozen Heart, Randuin's, Bulwark, Spirit Visage, Warmog's, etc...

I wasn't opposing to your point at all, Morellonomicon is trash 99,5% of the times while Athene's a pretty strong item on many champions... I was just pointing out that atm Athene's is even better than before (if it will go live in its current state).

To be honest, which one maxing 2nd is only about your playstyle and the match-up. You mas W second if you want more damage, you max E second if you want more mobility, either to initiate or escape. You may want to give a look of the Skill Order section of this guide. That being said, in most cases R>Q>E>W is the safest way to play the crocodile most of the times.

AP Kennen has always been valuable imho, he just felt out of favour. Even if earlygame his damage is not that impressive, he can safely harass from range toplane and still contribute to teamfights as a stun-bot; he also counters a lot of melee champions top lane. Lategame he's quite impressive. The change to his ulti and the introduction or Armguard my hype him again a bit, or at least I hope so.

Ryze is an AP hypercarry lategame, but he's not that much strong early.

Anyway ITT I'm not sure if early means 1-3 or even lev 6.

Considering that wine, a pipe, a monocle, a top hat, and overshoes still don't make you a gentleman, no.

Yet he would probably eat Armani himself at sight with exquisite finesse, so I'm inclined to say yes.

Edit, for the sake of not making a new post:

In this case, Neil Caffrey (the character pictured) is a gentleman thief.

Actually it's Neal Caffrey, but I concede that maybe he was really Neil in S2 and recently he just got unnoticeably buffed.

The modern definition of gentleman may be different, but the Victorian one (the one to which we appeal to when we consider Gentleman Cho, hence his accent) is very tied into refinement, dress, and culturedness. The Victorian era is basically known for spectacular displays of classy dress.

"Gentleman" is a term with loose definition across the history, and it doesn't belong exclusively to the Victorian age, at all. I still believe in a world in which gentlemen are not characterized by wearing a pinstriped suit that only the most evil of Europeans would conceive to exploit the lack of taste and excess of money some parvenus of the new continent seem to have...

Now, the only reason why I choose health over QSS is that, first of all, I'm terrible at timing the cleanse on that item and if you get bursted even without CC, you'll still die (which was the main problem I found with getting QSS).

Well. if you're slow at timing the active, just get BV against heavy disablers, since it also prevents a bit of burst and may be good against assassins, since it will block a portion of their combo, yet mind this: the more competent you and your enemies are, the better an on-demand removal of any kind of CC (except displacement ones ofc) becomes. Also, mind that some champions are really good at AoE popping BV's bubble from distance, so competent teams will try to get rid of it before diving you. I would suggest you to try and improve your timing, is well spent time and you won't regret that (it comes also handy in every role, there are many active items in S3).

Rule of thumb: get your defensive item accordingly to your champion and the enemy team comp: adapting to different situations is always better than having a stiff sample build path.

I renew my remark that I find your name rather offensive.

You should mention that GA's passive is very good against divy/assassin-heavy enemy teams and it's also good to avoid giving champions like Kata, Yi, Kha'zix, etc free ability resets.

Frozen Mallet, to me, is the perfect hybrid item. On the one hand, it's not entirely defensive; it gives you 20 AD.

Actually 30 AD.... this is S3, FM got buffed months ago, along with the changes to Phage.

Oh and since it seems now we'll be "graced" with a fashion victim model at the end of any new article, I'd like to point out that you can't judge a book by its cover, and similarly wearing Armani doesn't automatically transform you into a gentleman.
