You can go Tanky APcatform only build with stuff like Mercs + Frozen Fist + RoA + Abyssal + Lich Bane + Rabadon's or even get yourself some hybrid stuff like Guinsoo's, but in all honesty it's risky, sub-optimal and only good for split pushing.

Your build for AP Nidalee is pure garbage: Abyssal Scepter aura has only 700 range, Javelin Toss has 1500. Ryali's is only a possible 6th item and not an ideal one for AP Nida anyway. This is not an opinion, no high Elo AP Nida player ever buys an Abyssal, and 95% of the times, even if facing high AP burst, getting Chalice and upgrading it last is much better.

CRS Academy outplayed Azure Cats pretty hard; the finals didn't seem finals at all. I haven't seen Najin Sword vs Azubu Frost and I regret that.

This. Support Jarvan has Armor and AS buff, more CC (slow, knockup, cage), 2 gapclosers, AoE(ish) armor debuff. I'm definitely sold on Noxus over Demacia, but Jar-man is way better than Darius as "atypical" support pick.
Anyway, if you still want to run support Darius, Mercs + Ruby SS + Locket + Shurelya's + Bulwark/Crucible + Zeke's/Warmog's/Randuin's is a solid build.

Eh, after price changes some of this stuff is a bit outdated. There's a GentelmanGustaf article about optimal itemization for Varus, but it's outdated as well. As a rule of thumb on Varus, if you're really ahead or really behind, get IE first; yet if you're slightly ahead, get BT. This may sound weird and you may ask why that... well it's pretty simple: Varus has AD scaling on his Q and E, and BT is gonna give you more burst and more sustain both in lane and teamfights, yet a a certain point IE + Crit + AS damage output will simply outscale BT + Crit + AS dps in trades.
Basically, get BT early if you're dominating the lane and you want to shut down any chance of the enemy carry to come back by bulling it with an early BT, so you can use its lifesteal and synergy with your Q and E to harass him, deny his farm and kick him out of the lane. Yet, if somehow you're so ahead and the enemy ADC is already so fubar that you don't need to rush BT to have lane/teamfight supremacy over him, just keep the Vampiric Scepter and rush IE + Zeal (+ LW), to achieve critical mass damage build faster. Same reasoning but opposite situation: if you're far behind your opponent in the lane, if he already has a BT and is bulling your, for the time you'll have your BT completed he'll have also a Zeal and some other stuff to keep the dps in his favour, so just try to farm farm farm, ask your jungler for ganks or try to have a favourable teamfight if you're past the laning phase: if you're lucky, you'll eventually transfor your B(est) F(riend) Sword into an IE and get yourself a Zeal, and -at least in teamfights- you should get a bit ahead of the enemy carry once you got yourself some crit. In most situation though-and when in doubt- rush a BT on Varus.

With new CDR values to Spirit Visage and Zeke's, finally manaless champions have strong and efficient CDR options.
Skip any damage item if your team has enough of that. If you need more kickass power just get LW: Lee Sin has great AD ratios on his Q and R (and E but that one does magic damage), and you won't be able to stack 5 BC AAs to debuff against most people, so just get LW for more burst.
Yeah, considered how manalcoholic Alistar is, Locket + Ohmwreker + Crucible (+ Bulwark if jungler skips it, or Randuin's otherwise) sounds a good well-rounder generic build now. Still I'm not sure if Ohmwrecker is better than Shurelya's.
