have to disagree, I main ezreal and I find ezreals poke plus his mobility usually allows me to win the lane even if my support is weak because I can farm with Q so the Mf has almost no way of bullying me which means coming out of the laning phase she isnt nearly as strong as she should be because she has to get kills or at least gain some serious advantage to be viable. Same goes for draven.

Obviously MF is the strongest right now though if you just want to roll through solo q but Cait actually might be better if you are in a duo especially with Nunu.

Surprised no one mentioned zephyr. First buy zephyr has been extremely popular top lane because it gives you so much utility and allows you to max your E over your Q. It helps you clear lanes fast so you arent as vulnerable when trying to farm without E. Just a thought and something i think people are missing

Max Q for sure in most situations, but W is also very strong if you need to play a little more defensively or want to do more farming

This is actually a brilliant idea and it would be really cool if you could get a bigger team to help with this site because the information it would provide is limitless and extremely valuable. I feel like games like SC2 have this already and back when I played I got amazing amounts of knowledge from watching the very best play in certain situations and this is exactly what the LoL community needs; everything in one place that is easy to find and up to date.

I feel like everyone has drifted away from the main point of the post which was to figure out how to stop a "hypercarry" if they are fed in lane before the 20 min mark. I feel like in most cases, you cant. If the team is intelligent and sticks with their carry and protects him well, the game is over. The only way to win at that point would be to ward crazily and start picking off people walking alone/be extremely mobile and use the wards to stay away from the fed carry. It's a lot like what teams were doing to CLG.EU back in season two, where they would stop trying to kill froggen and just ignore him and destroy the other lanes with huge ganks and mobile teams.

The big concern is how hard it is for her to take on assassins early, she has no way of escaping them and even if she plays passively she has no way of keeping them in lane pre 6 as her pushing takes far too much mana, is slow, and leaves her vulnerable. Honestly I think the best way to play her in the new meta would be something like the old Froggen build where you pick up hextech and shurelyas and just sustain in lain and use shurelyas to snowball by ganking. In general you will have plenty of damage with E without getting way too much ap so the sustain and movement is a must.
