You give the kills to whoever can snowball the hardest. However if you think your teammates are incompetent and will waste their kills on itemizing poorly, then keep everything for yourself.

I'd like to play a handful of normals beforehand just to gauge if you're decent. Looking for around mid 1300's any role except I prefer to play top.
My user is RawrEmisaurus. So far I'm 4/1 ranked W/L just to get an idea of what you're in for.
Also have skype/vent.

I feel like elo hell only exists for those who haven't played hundreds of matches yet to find their "true elo".
Playing through normal games, I have roughly a 55% W/L ratio and those matches are about 90% playing solo.
My ranked games have about a 45% W/L though I've only played about 100 of them and had to climb out of a shitty elo as a result of Queue dodging and not knowing about the penalty. I'm sure if I play a few hundred more matches, my W/L will balance out to be roughly the same as my normals. It wouldn't make sense for it not to.
