Really nice patch, balances out almost every thing which was needed badly.

There are many mistakes in the post though, which are misleading. For example, don't lie about the range of Lux's ultimate. It is far shorter than TF's.

What the others said is true... But why would you pick a top lanet blindly? That's a fail in most of the cases...
I experienced winning vs the following champions:
• irelia: only one gapcloser, she relies on her combo from which you can disengage. Also, after combo went on cd you have free harass...
• riven: can be disengaged hard, in the time she actually gets to you she is at 50%, you should be able to win against half hp combo on cd riven...
• rengar: also only one jump max (lvl 6) just avoid brushes... Easy to keep distance
• jarvan: fast repositioning counters his combo, ulti arena can be passed through by tumble.

Vayne top is really great, I usually play her against some of the popular top threats, Irelia and Riven. She is a really hard counter for Riven. I usually build Trinity/Youmuu's/Statikk/Bloodthirster as core (choose out of these). Its strength is that your true damage does not care about these champions' high early defensive stats and melts them. Also, you can disengage anytime your E is up. But the most important thing is not the push and harass constantly. Always upgrade like this:
qwewwrwqwqrqqeeree
Other key thing is to go a bit tankier, but in solo queue your team will always think you are another ad carry, which you are not.
