I think meta will not shift too much. However I like the promise that more champs will be able to jungle and even be viable. I love the new items. I main Ryze and I like the Tear change. 500mana was gathered quickly but then sometimes strated to slow down since lane phase was ending. So to fill it up only to 750 is a nice buff i think. Still I don't think Teemo mid is going to be a new meta :P But maybe he will get going in the jungle. Maybe. We'll see :P I can't wait to see this jungle change :)
