Yeah i agree about garen he can be really annoying in dominion xD

About olaf i can see the potential he has in his kit on dominion, but when i see one been played, or even when i see some dominion tourneys it always seems a bit lackluster to me.

Althought he has an op ulti, i just think his role is alot situational, used as a counter to some of those high defense champs, Malphite etc. 

Obviously he can build alot of HP and still do alot of damage but he doesnt have any escape mechanism like dash or something besides hes ulti, and having a chase skillshot can sometimes be a bit tricky. 

Exactly has you said those champions are on the same group but are broken at different levels! =P

Yeah i agree that a bot/top tier list can be much more informative. By placing the same champion in bot and in top list you could inform about your opinion about that champion versatility, a well placed champion both in bot and top shows it is extremely versatile etc. Some champions can give bad contribution top but when bot they are top tier. 

Even the first tier makes no sense grouping together all that champions, for example Pantheon or Wukong are not broken at the same level as a Khazix, Kassadin or Jayce are on the dominion map. Even that tier could be divided in 2 tiers. 

Lee sin is placed twice btw...

Frequently Picked group is a mess, Urgot and evelynn too low in the group, Ahri, olaf, garen too high, among others.

Vayne, Irelia and Shyvana i also think they are too low.

But i think that placing all the champions in 4 groups is not relevant at all...so many criteria in dominion....Good bot champions, good top champions, also there alot of champions in the same group that bring alot more then others..maybe creating 5 tiers instead of 4 would be alot better.

Theres not much information someone with low to moderate experience in dominion can take from your list, the top picks are pretty much a no brainer, but the rest is a mess all together in only 3 tiers.

In some types of champions rushing it can be very advantageous...think nidalee...u get ability power (80AP), (extra 5% mov speed), A bit of mana, all helping with most abilities, particuraly the heal and javalin toss, and having the magic bonus to ur basic attacks every 2 sec that increases alot the damage output in cougar form or Javalin + basic attack combo, or Heal + basic attack combo. After that u can invest in some defensive items in case you not building her full AP and with only Lichbane bought for the damage output u gained already about 120 ap magic bonus to ur basic attacks.

Dunno, nothing like trying it in game and seeing how it works out

I really like the idea on lichbane of using a fixed number of 50 + 75% of current AP

If you have lower AP like 100 ap that means you hit for 50 + 0.75*100 = 125 magic bonus on basic attacks

For higher AP like 250 that will mean 50 + 0.75*250 = 237.5 magic bonus on basic attacks

So for higher AP numbers it gives less bonus.

This probably means you can get a good benefit if you rush it in the beggining.
