Not really. It just made him CC'able. He still has the increase in AP, Armor and, etc. Still making him unkillable in some senarios.

The nerf is really strong on him, he doesnt always have his ultimate anymore.

Kayle is a very strong champion that you cannot win in lane that easily, her ultimate is game changing. Her damage output is just very high and you can't build resistance against her cause she shreds it. 

Trydanmere is just very strong in lane. His random % crits are deadly and if  trynd runs exh/ign level 2 he can firstblood you easily. 

only a fed fiddle is a threat. Even a well farm* (which most likely can't) you still have a way to stop him, exhaust instant stops fiddle.

Maybe because those champions are very squishy? And have no reliable damage output. 

What makes TF a good champion in 3s? His global? Your not thinking the circumstances that TF has no reliable damage, no escapes, and easily taken out of the game.
