Lol, even after the patch, evelynn is gonna keep winning. She is losing 40 damage on her max level E, about 150 health, and .05ad/ap scaling on her Q. It won't stop her from roaming like a beast or melting carries in team fights. 

Though 2nd picking Eve leaves you open to strong counter picking, you are Eve- just roam bot lane, get a double kill and you are back in the game! Let them flame all they want- they won't be complaining when you carry their sorry carcasses

I m actually talking about hard data, facts..I dont know how much  the patch will change her, but at the moment, she is on 3rd place on last month's win ratio chart... whether she will keep her 3rd place or fall down, it will be figured out after the patch and the data will be all over the internet...

Well it might sound odd to ask, but do you run facebook or anything else in the background...sometimes after games I get a notification if I would like to stop fb.static commandfile from running....and surprisingly , if I dont have any browsers on while playing, LoL runs just fine(also another friend said it too, if he doesnt run browsers in the background, the game just runs fine..)..also check if you have pando media booster installed on your laptop( some mmos require it to download, and stays in your machine..working like a torrent in the background) ohh wait, that would cause high ping..nvm >.>

yeah i totally forgot, that it doesnt stack multiplicatively...well it is late here T_T but yeah a 68 % or 2/3 CC reduction is still a ton, which I like on her a lot...

I mostly main mids, so I tend to forget these stuff >.> thou I m planning to get all the tops on eu west, and Irelia will be the 1st top that I will get

BTW you should do what Arachnida wrote, luckily it is a riven sale like right now...buy riven with rp, and irelia with IP and use both...Riven is fun to play too thou, but as others said it before, there are some really hard counter picks for her on top...

Well I would probably choose irelia, she can change the game soo much....and she is even picked if I know it right, more times in competitive tourneys, than Riven, not to mention, Riven's ultimate and HP5 will be nerfed next patch...(thou her shield will be buffed)

Irelia, in my opinion is one of the best tops atm in the game...but all in all, I like her because of her mechanics, the dash Irelia have can be used in various situations, either in chasing, or running away, and it is better, than riven's  Q(mainly cuz after each minion kill it will reset the cooldown of the skill)....

Irelia's base stats are better too..more armor, and HP, not to mention Irelia have Trinity force as her core item, while for riven it is not, and it makes a really big difference...with trinity force and rank 3 boots(green enchantment +15 movement speed) I could get 463 movement speed for Irelia....and with no quints...some builds even suggest movement speed quints, which would add 4.5% more movement speed which would than be 484 movement speed with only a rank 3 boots and a trinity force...

not to mention that irelia's passive is really good, it reduces the duration of CC-s ,add 35% tenacity to that cuz of either Mercury or the new item that reduces cc(Zephyr),and the Tenacious Mastery from the defensive masteries and you got yourself in a teamfight around 35%+40% (from passive, cuz 3 enemy champions are near) +15% from masteries =90% duration decrease which is sick..

She is a tanky dps on top, and she doesnt really need  a lot of items to be tanky and deal damage...if you have a trinity force you are all set

Well we always celebrate christmas first by going out to the cemetery and bring some candles to my late grandma and grandpa's grave, with my other grandma and my parents, than we come home, eat a lot of different food and cookies my mom prepared for all day, than around 6 -7 pm my father puts in the christmas tape, we all gather around the tree , sing a christmas song together, and when the song ends, we give each other the presents.Same happens on the 25th and the 26th of December, but on 25th my Father's brother and his family comes over, and on 26th we are celebrating at my grandma's place with her sister so she won't be alone for hristmas! :3
