Resistances ain't worth anything anymore. Or at least not as much. His true dmg passive was good vs heavy tanks back in S2 when you could crit with it. It was awesome. Even if they would buff his passive up I still think it wouldn't. HP meta is here and the best way to counter true damage from Corki, Darius and Olaf for example is simply spelled HP.

Well i guess Elementz has his mistakes in his tier lists (urgot and kayle tier 4 while they have been doing very well lately in competetive play) but she is marked tier 4, which is alongside champs like Fiora, it's a bad tier. I wonder why he would put her so low.

I am a player that has recently picked up the ADC role and i just dont get why people think Sivir is bad. I am not here to argue she isn't i just want to know why she's regarded to be so bad and what she needs to get better. If I could get an answer on this that would be great.

I noticed leona is not in the tier list. Is this because you forgot her or because you think shes like lower than tier 6? I know leona is nowhere near a top tier jungler but i think she got a lot of ganking power an sustain, showing more potential than the tier 5s in my opinion. also do you think taric could jungle well in the new jungle?

It's not only that simple. You still have 3 other people that can screw up. If you and your ad get far ahead in lane, with your ad fed, take the tower and help other lanes. Snowball their lanes so they have a less chance of sucking. No it really is that simple. If you play better than your counter part, and you then play enough games where you are consistently out-performing your counter part, you will raise elo. What happens in individual games is just variance and DOES NOT MATTER.
Well ELO is based on wins and losses, right? So if you play better than your counterpart but stil lose, it does matter, doesnt it? The last 5 games i played with a friend i duo queue with i was supporting and he carry, we got him to at least 5-1 every game and still we lost every single one of them because our team screwed up. Now ive got straight away answers like that means you and your friend suck (literally just like that), but i really dont see how we would suck.
