I've been playing jungle diana for a little while now. It's pretty strong in ganking and she can serve as either a tanky ap or an ap assassin. Though you can only pick her if you have a tank top or support.
I use AS marks, armor seals, ap quints and glyphs with 21/9/0 with the basic magic tree in offense with the AS as well.
Items, I prefer: Philo, boots, RoA, Rylais, Hourglass, Abyssal and/or Lichbane, last item is just what you need (notice every single item is AP+survivability). I will only go heavy on ap if my team doesn't have a caster. You can build her with dorans to deathcap if you'd like but I find you'll get wrecked late game so I generally avoid this build unless I really want to snowball. That's just what's been effective for me.
I would avoid playing her mid, she's too easy to zone and can get wrecked pretty easily by the popular mids.
For now, she seems overall a bit weak since she needs items and the jungle doesn't offer much of that but I found her a good transition from mid to jungle since I main mid more so than jungle.

If you have new players then your opponents do too. Feed on them and win the game. Your teammates can't lose when you kill their lane opponents every time they spawn. Otherwise, you can wait a bit until their are fewer people trying it out.

The most important piece of knowledge for this is...what is a cardigan?
A cardigan is like a sweater with an open front. So the only thing that distinguishes a normal pullover sweater from a cardigan is the open front.
Carefully reviewing Cass' testimony, she only viewed the attacker from behind, making it impossible to really determine what the attacker was wearing. While this may have been more of general statement and you can take what she says to be incorrect due to being knocked on the head. Assuming she isn't mistaken, Cass must have been lying. This is also supported by her knowledge of pathways to the border as she was a sort of ambassador at some point in time. In the beginning, Cass states that her family could easily afford the ransom imply that she had some feelings against the "cheapness" of her father.
What is left in the open is whether Katarina was also involved. Cass plotting against her father is perfectly plausible but being able to kidnap her battle experienced sister is another thing. It's more probable that Katarina was also involved in the plot to extort their father.
Answer: Katarina & Cassiopeia

G13, has enough keys to play LoL on as opposed to lacking the number row on the Nostromo.

The problem is, it's not just one wave of minions. I've done this before to people who like to push lanes; I stall the lane just outside my turret, tanking a few minions if necessary. I keep the wave there as long as possible. While yes, the opposing lane can still farm, any ganks on that lane become very dangerous. Some champs like Lee Sin, might not care but not everyone can escape a gank under those conditions.
Even if it were just one wave, constant attempts at mid just stack up. Mid should always be warding one side of the river anyways so it's not like it's a blind lane.
It's a risk factor to try and gank mid. Chances are, you burn their flash and your mid's flash at the same time and even then, it might not result in a kill.
Also...Nasus can't get crushed in lane while he's farming at tower. Jax still stomps at lower elos and thus would only apply to a smaller percentage of players.

I feel like while you make some good points, you imply that every game should be full of ganks.
You as a top laner should know very well that leaving a Jax, Irelia, Nasus, etc... to farm while you gank mid is a potential way to lose the game. Even if your mid becomes fed, a Jax that is several levels ahead and farmed can easily negate that.
I agree that mid laners should gank more often, they have that potential. However, it's also important to consider the reason AP champs are placed mid is due to their fragility. They tend to lack escapes and are generally very squishy (which is why champs like kennen, rumble and vlad are so valuable by opening the mid lane to other champs). Because, AP champs tend to lack escapes, by the same coin, they lack a means to move quickly. They can't gank and then get back to lane quickly. AP champs depend on levels for damage so the other mid may have farmed enough exp to start bullying you, even if you manage to get gold from a gank. A gank is basically a way of sacrificing yourself in order to boost your teammates. However, people who believe they can carry the game will rarely sacrifice themselves like that (Take bot lane for example since every bot lane has a hyper carry)
Instead of insisting that every game should be a gankfest, perhaps suggest that even those that have ganking potential often fail to use it.
Also, always make the game fair in example scenerios. If you're jungler doesn't gank, theirs won't either. Stay consistent.

Ask two of the wounded champions a common knowledge question, such as the name of the king of Demacia. If both tell the truth (one is Garen, one is Jarven), ask one of them their name. The remaining champion will be Leblanc. If one tells a lie, ask the one who tells the truth their name and the rest can be deduced from there. If both answer with lies, ask the third champion the name of one of the ones that lied, the rest can be deduced.

I think it would also be useful to estimate how much experience is lost if you go back to base. Considering both cases when the opposing champ is pushing the lane and isn't. It'll be a very rough estimate, but just to give a general idea.
Oh and number...442

I feel like some champions are misplaced. Akali and talon really fall under the same general role and don't really have many differences in tankiness either. Yet, akali is a caster because she is built AP while talon is a bruiser because he's AD? I would argue that Akali should be a bruiser more so than a caster.
