talon actually got buffed, his % damage increase from his cut throat skill (someone verify pls) wasnt actually working, so it was just a gapclose with silence. talon can instagibb anyone wiht his combo, now that his 15% amplify is working, the have to nerf his base damage.
i do agree on zed though, hes pretty cool champ, really nice mechanics and stuff, though hes really hard to play :P i refunded his cuz i was really bad at him <.<

for one who is still a "newbie" in lol, been forced to play support because no one likes the role. at first i hated it, but now im like support please. Its probably the best and fun role in the game.

3.) Blitz: hidden passive, if it has boobs, newton's law of universal gravitation, unless ur missing on purpose
4.) leona: cc and sunlight passive really strong and under rated. and boobs and heels

i find that rushing sightstone have its advantages and disadvantages.
rushing sightstone then philo : sure you get the free wards, but you dont have enough sustain in lane to trade and push for advantages since you basically have 0 worth of "non consumables" as items, ur basically fighting naked
getting philo as first item then sighstone: you have slightly better sustain compared to above, which gives you a slight edge in lane trading or skill spamming compared to a support who rushed sightstone. sure you get the sighstone later, but you get an extra 5gp/10 bonus which makes waiting for ur sighstone sooner. and also, having that extra regen may also help you play aggressive and hopefully get a kill early which is basically extra gold for both you and your carry
as a player who just plays support nidalee (yeah u read that right), i always go for charm/2pots/3wards as an opening pick. i find that going in lane with just one ward is not enough map control to really play aggressive/zone and push advantages in the lane which i tend to do as nida support.
i know nidalee isnt really a viable, well maybe viable but there are better options than her. i find that chunking enemies with spear and zoning them because of your superior passive with wards. i find that its really fun knowing that the enemies not only have to watch out for ganks, trade with us and dodge spears. its just extra pressure added into the enemy lane.
well thats what i think anyway, i think that rushing sighstone isnt recommended, sure it saves u gold from buying wards, but you are putting yourself at a disadvantage just because you want to save a few spare change
