So... u... how does this prove who the best JUNGLER is? Junglers don't lane.
When will people stop saying Europe has 'caught up' is is 'behind'. They were always on par. When was the last time a major EU team except SK got 2-0'ed by China/Korea?
Because I can tell you, EU has 2-0'ed the best of Korea before. When Korea wins it's almost always 2-1

2: i got 30 kills to 2 deaths in a 1v1 game vs another Aarthrox - Melee carries excel in 1v1 anyway, and in a mirror match whoever snowballs wins. It's a wonder how you managed to die twice.
He's a melee carry. Worse, he's a melee carry with negative sustain when he wants to kill something. He will do the exact same as any other melee carry in a teamfight... die instantly before he can even hit anyone. Worse, he'll do it even faster due to burning his own HP.
He's gonna be garbage. Melee carries fail when they become immune to slows, get hyper speed boosts, massive AS boosts, and can go untargetable, or get tons of crit and become unkillable, or have resetting 120% AS boosts and three gap closers. And that fact you say his laneing isn't that good doesn't help at all. What hope do you think a negative-sustain melee carry will have when his best survivability is an Aniva passive?
Riot KNOWS Melee carries do not work... yet they seem to insist on making them recently [Quinn... well... Valor and now this guy]
Oh and please, please, please, please do not listen to GD shortly after his release. He's a champion that deals damage they'll cry. Like with every Assassin ever. They cried when Fiora was released. Only thing she's got since is buffs... seeing as this guy deals damage, they'll probobly cry about him too before they realize 'Oh wait he's more useless than Teemo in a teamfight'

Just lowering W CD to 12sec and not having him lose the stat buffs if the shield drops is enough to get him back in the game.
Indeed, E is among the worst skills in the entire game. The damage, range and heal are all low. Honestly the best thing to do with E is not take it until Lv 13. Although saying Q is outdated is laughably wrong. Is Hecarim's Q outdated?
Skarner likes to build CDR to stack with his passive. 12 sec W and not losing stat buffs from W would be stupid. The whole reason he loses the buffs is because if he's using it in combat the C/D is drastically reduced anyway. In fact either of those changes would be pretty stupid because of his passive. If anything needs to be done to W, it's just make the shield bigger, or maybe the speedboost decay over, say, 1.5 seconds, instead of stopping instantly upon shield break.
[Which by the way is an awesome concept for a stopped speed-boost skill, deceleration instead of an abrupt slow]
Resist nerf dosen't hurt that much when he has more CDR to throw up more shields instead. IBG, Spirit Items, Locket...

Melee carry. It dosen't matter how strong he is in lane, he'll be worthless later.
It's certainly not as much of a nerf as when they made her R have less range than her Q, thereby basically removing her R from the game.
This change is better for teamfights [More shield because spheres detonate as soon as you put them up when you jump on someone], less so for lane.

Uh, no, smart money's on it being on the special 1v1/2v2 map we saw a preview of like a month ago and basically received confirmation it was being used for this.
