I take full red AS marks as you want to maximize damage from hiten style and the amount you can heal, then yellow armour marks and depending on who is top either MR blues or again AS blues. For quints I take 2.7 HP/5 giving you 8.1 and even more sustain. Ends up something like
21% AS /8.1 HP5/ 13 armour
or 15% AS/13 MR/ 13 armour/ 8.1HP5
Thats just me though!

Its underrated for sure. It can be a really good item in pushing strategys to dunk towers fast, you know since thats the aim of the game! Towers do more damage with each consecutive hit, this item resets the tower meaning longer dives or tower tanking for pushing faster. With utility mastery this and other items are also given less cooldown, add a banner of command or two on your team and you've got all lanes pushing like crazy, give it a go.
