I find strong farming junglers like udyr and shyvana can clear the jungle so quickly sometimes I will out farm the solo lanes. Escapes and heavy damage or tankyness are now needed in the new 3's.

Make the lesser neutral camps take less damage from those who aren't using smite, Increase damage and resilience of camps along with gold per kill. Add new items to the jungle and nerf gp10 stats.

Did you read Gentleman Gustaffs guide to laning?
