"This isn't Teemo Warriors Online, and that game would probably be in some circle of hell if it did exist."
I couldn't agree more O_O

Read up to teemo "wait this isn't han- of course it is goddamn it."
Your points are invalid and dumb.Riot shouldn't just dump on Champions like that.I have hated every single article of yours so far.Teemo fan-fag detected.

Forfeitish: He was rude about it, so he doesn't get to see the calculations. I spent three hours on the math, and derisive condescension won't persuade me to share. I am not movable on this. EuwGasgano: My comment about Hashinshin was just a reference to people preferring his rant-whine posts over the math-heavy ADV posts on RoG. It was the reasoning why I didn't post the math in the first place... nothing to do with Ryze builds. He was "rude" by providing an analysis of your calculations? I think most would agree your build is extremely flawed to forgo so many defensive stats that Ryze can get great power out of. Not getting Muramana is simply insane as well. If you take a proper build along the lines of tear>catalyst>RoA/glacial/banshees (situational on order after tear+cata really) and then getting the muramana whenever the tear is charged will always be better in a proper competitive match. I don't doubt your build may have the highest sustained DPS, but that isn't what Ryze is about. You build a Ryze like that and you'll be near useless in any scenario even remotely resembling skilled play and proper competition. Ryze is a zero mobility AP carry with no hard cc (not sure if snare really counts or not as "hard"). You simply NEED the defensive stats that he synergizes with so well, and quite often, the sustain on the catalyst can really make the laning phase possible.

Teemo is annoying to bad players. People that aren't very good run across teemo who is a counter pick to the current OP/toxic top laners. Yes, that is actually talked about in S2. Those players aren't very good and have to rely on being OP to win. That's why you had all the talk about changing top lane at the end of S2. We were told how much top was going to change, and how for S3 they were going to really change it. Yeah, nothing happened. Bads don't want to be countered, so they QQ until something changes.
Look at competitive play, Diana had such a huge win rate they had to do something. Yet Teemo is such a rare pick it's crazy. He's only good in non competitive games,
Those are the champions that need to be looked at. Look at how many of those teemo counter plays though. That's what the problem is right there. People don't want to learn how to play against something, they want to play one of the 10 to 20 viable champions out there and that's it. When Riot finally makes it so more champions are now viable they start nerfing them so that they aren't viable anymore.
TLDR: only bads have a problem with teemo.
Teemo is toxic the end. You're just not that good with teemo and are clearly upset about the well deserved nerfs.

Because everyone hates him and we'll all be much happier when he's never in the game. He's anti-fun pick that ruins the game for everyone

posted a message on Black Cleaver, not an AD caster item. Just an overpowered item.Posted in: hashinshin
I feel a good AD caster item would be similar to sheen in concept, but it would add the damage to any ability rather than next hit, yet have perhaps a small internal CD before it can function again. could perhaps build out of a sheen and a brutalizer (or not at all so energy champs aren't wasting stats). I would think make it a 5-8s cd on the damage to fit in with assassins more and make it not attractive to DPS champions like bruisers and carries.
I still feel that the mana AD carries need a more attractive mana option. Manamune isn't really attractive and I feel too much mana must be build to make muramana feel strong. (not to mention the time invested to make it useful) I really think if they added a damage item like I mentioned earlier and an AD build out of chalice, it would be perfect as it would also help fill the AD/MR niche that maw of malmortius doesn't really handle on it's own.

I agree completely. I don't really like the phrase "butt-hurt", but I simply applies here. The report function should be for game breaking issues only such as hacking or exploiting. Getting your feelings hurt in an online competitive game implies you shouldn't be playing competitive games or probably even be on the internet at all. At the end of the day, negative talk wont be directed towards you if you don't suck. We've all made shitty plays or even thrown a game before. Just man up and accept the fact you deserve to be called out on it. If it bothers you, ignore the member on your team in less than a second by hitting tab and clicking their chat bubble. If the enemy calls you out on it, don't enable all chat if it bothers you. It's that simple.
In short, ruining someone's professional career because of butt-hurt cry babies in an online game is ridiculous. I will agree that it is his own fault in some extent for not changing his behavior, but the tribunal is fucking retarded and you can get into the tribunal from simply telling your teammates they make a mistake and trying to provide advise for them (albeit in a firm manner, but NOT trash talking).
tl;dr, lame move on riot's part, community needs to learn to play and grow a pair.
