I read your article, interesting one, at first. I was pretty much convinced by your arguments, then i read this:
- Liandry's deals anywhere from around 25% to 200% more damage per spell depending on which spell and which enemy. Even more if it's a DoT spell like Malzahar's Malefic Visions
And all credit i gave you vanished instantly, and a question popped, if you are able to do such a harsh mistake, how can i accept your results?
Just to point this out: The malefics vision just refresh the liandry dot, without him doing any damage during the entiere duration of the spell, it's only when the dot vanish that the liandry dot begin to tick. I invite you to create a custom game and try, this is how the liandry work on malzahar dot, so, i'm highly doubting that liandry will give you 200% more damage on malefic vision.
Another thing that bother me, 240 + 0,6 AP is not a "high damaging spell" to me, but fairly average to be honest, 300 (+ 90% AP) of dark binding feel more like a "high damaging spell".
I'm going to make some calculation myself now, because you made me curious though. :x
Edit: Answer doesn't work at all, so i'm answering by editing the first comment:
I just stress you to test it by yourself, it's quite easy, take malzahar on a custom game, buy a liandry, and test it. Everyone here can do this. And it works the same for every dot that is actually ticking every .5 sec, your liandry will not do any damage at all, before the dot stopped to tick.
