its all about teamwork and if you are noticing that your support is not helping you in the way that he should, let them push and give up a little cs in order for you to not give up kills. remember that 10 cs is not worth you dying for and you will miss alot of cs while walking back to lane. my advice would just be to find a duoing partner that can support you in a way that you find favorable.

if you want general pages i think AD reds and quints + Ar seals and Mr glyphs(scaling or otherwise, doesnt really matter too much) for Adc's, Ad junglers and ad toplaners. it really isnt necessary to go further into it if you dont actually main those roles. For AP champions magic pen reds are of course a must-have, but other than that you can either go AP or MS quints, Armor or HP/lvl seals and Ap or Mr glyphs. combine them into two different runepages that cover your personal champion pool. i am just going to assume that you have your support pages and jungle pages all figured out since you said that you mained those roles. if you find yourself playing alot af Adc's i would suggest that you pick up some lifesteal quints(2 is enough if you are a half-decent Ad carry.). toplane is by far the hardest to set up runepages because of the massive champion pool with different roles and/or scalings, and seeing as toplane is my weakest lane i do not feel comfortable giving you advice on that. Oh and on my final note i would just like to suggest experimenting with hybrid penetration on different champions as they are extremely cost effective.

i just came here to confess my utter love for HosaN. even though he might not be the best AD carry in the eu scene i would just love to see him play outside of his team. for me it would be worth it just to let him show doublelift draven isnt useless.

i smartcast abilities that dont require precition such as ezreals E and W etc. i use normalcast for ezreals ult and lulu/zeds q for obvious reasons
