You really think Riot reads enough tribunal cases to make a judgment on that? Half of the player support emails people get in response are pre-written and have little to no thought put into them. Riot cares nothing for the community, they just want your money. Not surprising though, it is a free game after all.
I'm so sick and tired of reading this. In the three years I've been playing, riot had shown themselves to extremely willing to have a dialog with the playerbase. Yes they need to stay profitable, but they seem to understand that the best way to do that is to support the community. The degree to which they have responded to community feedback is excellent. I don't know what you expect from a company, but I would guess it's unreasonable. I've dealt with plenty of companies and people that just see me as a walking dollar sign, riot is absolutely not one of them. They answer support letters about tribunal cases with a stock response because it's not worth the man power. Everyone thinks they were wrongly banned, but of the people who have posted they're cases here, I have yet to actually see someone who didn't deserve it. Use the fucking ignore button if someone is being a dick. Stop acting so entitled.
Edit: also disagree with the grow a thick skin response. I don't think tolerating verbal abuse is skill we should encourage as a society. There are better ways to deal with it, though I admit it is possible to be too sensitive.
