Late game, she's just as strong as her Mid, so she can be deadly. Make like the Jax, don't settle for less, get the expensive items, farm up the gold, make sure you're able to afford everything you could want, and build around the teams like that.

His Q seems so  odd. Whole kit is melee carry like,and there is this one ability that requires you to jump into the middle of everything

Just find a role you are most proficient at/like the most and play that role exclusively. Find a few champions you like for that role that don't completely suck (e.g. heimer/sion etc., but even those can dominate sometimes) and play those exclusively. Finally you could try to just keep playing normals for a while and try again after a while :)

Also, as jungler you're in the best position to make calls, as most people have little map awareness. And as said many times, objectives win games :)

By judging your last 10 games, you seem to die a lot. Too much really. In general, 0 kills are better than a 1 for 1 trade.

Naahhh, snowbally champs can feed as hard as the less snowbally ones. I always find myself carrying hardest playing jungle, im simply helping my lanes suck less :).

Any botlaner with a healthy brain would steamroll a nid support botlane:

Nidalee has 0 CC, and other than a weakish heal has no way of helping the adc. If the opposing duo would engage on the adc, it simply is a 1v2 as nid has nothing to offer, especially before 6
