See the thing is there is going to be changes to the dodging penalty in the new league system. I'll ask on another forum.

You still are not getting it. I don't care about the penalty that is in place right now (the time wait). I'm talking about the new one that is going in when they start doing the leagues in ranked similar to SC2. Apparently if its one of your promotion matches and you dodge it will put you back at the start of your best of 5 or best of 3.
I can't find any documentation on how exactly it will work.

Hey guys I have looked through the site and can't find the changes to queue dodging that everyone seems to be freaking out about? I might have passed over it but can anyone link it to me to shed some light on the issue?
