When you are in a game it lets you know if the other team is a 5 man queue or all solo. I use it all the time, it is pretty great honestly.
That is such a crock, Xerath is one of the most fun and satisfying characters to play in LoL. Being able to stun then dunk an enemy with your ultimate or spam W to enter and exit turret form for escapes etc. I dunno personally I love him and think he is fine just the way he is.
They are doing this because they are removing almost all free resistances from non-supports. They got rid of the free armor from jarvan, nids armor etc. I think they want armor and mr something to be itemized for not just given out so much.
Like if you had a sona, J4 and nidlaee. That is a lot of armor on the field for free, hell add an elise jungle and then suddenly Elise and nidalee are way tankier than they should be cause of Sona and J4.
OH god Blitz is never worth a ban. Yes the hook is a problem but other than that he isnt a problem. Hide behind minions and suddenly he is useless. Honestly I hate all the low elo bans. It is always:
Amumu, Shen, Malphite, Blitzcrank, Hecarim and Elise.
I understand Elise, I ban her if we arent gonna use her but the rest are not worth a ban. They are just banned because besides Hec and Elise, the others are super easy to play. Personally as a Thresh main, and someone who tried Blitz, Thresh completely outscales Blitz. They do basically the same thing except he has superior mobility, great damage, amazing tankiness etc. There is no reason to pick Blitz if you can play Thresh. Honestly quit wasting bans on trash champs and ban real problem champions.
Honestly I ban:
Nasus, Elise, Kassadin, Twisted Fate, Taric or Caitlyn.
My reasoning is Nasus and his wither shuts down ADC's and all he does is dive for them in every team fight. Elise because she shreds tanks and is such a hard player to kill lol. Kassadin can also dive for the ADC almost without consequences. He has amazing utility and mobility, I would much rather deal with a Shen or Malphite, not a Kass. I ban twisted fate due to his gold passive, a TF with an Ashe and she builds Avarice Blade is so much free gold.
Taric because of that easy stun. It requires nothing more than a single click and can wreak havoc in bot lane.
Oh and Caitlyn, funny enough there is a reason behind banning her, mostly since she is so safe and easy to play it forces their ADC to play something more along the lines of high risk, high reward. This we can deal with. Now since we always see MF or Cait in bot lane, as a support main, this forces them to play a Graves, Vayne or Draven. Something with more risk than the crazy safety of Cait.
The reasons why I consider those trash bans:
Malphite: He is an ult bot, don't group up, done...and now he is basically useless.
Amumu: Build a Banshees Veil or QSS/MercScim and now he is done.
Shen: Play % health burn characters and have the ADC build BotRk
Elise: Ban, Considering I havent figured how to counter her exactly.
Hec: Invade his blue or play a hyper aggressive Jungler and go fuck us him and his jungle. He has a weak early game, shut him down and he will be a long time recovering.
Honestly dont just ban initiators because they can initiate considering so many champs do that. Just ban things that will mess with your team comp or cause problems. What I like to do is ban a top, mid and bot lane character. I try not to bother with jungler bans, as long as you are warded and watching the mini map you should not die to any ganks,
He is the best at hitting Q then running away!
Plus AOE CC trumps single target.
Yup you are doing both of them right good sir! I main Thresh and Off Leona and other supports.
They are both R>W>E>Q
Thresh and Leona want those shields for extra damage soaking. Their E is a lot more useful in team fights that a single target suppress.
Her AA range is fine honestly. These changes will put here right where she needs to be honestly. This will make her the ultimate chase ADC. With the massive speed boosts and her good damage she is gonna be just fine.
Her ultimate is an execute, chase, escape, tower shred tool. It isn't something you pop before a big team fight. If you use it correctly then you won't have any problems with her.
I always did and will still do:
R>W>E>Q
The cooldown on Q isn't that big and I would rather have higher CC and a bigger shield than having the hook up sooner. I only use it when i can land it. I don't use it for harass
I main support with Thresh and so far I have like an 80% win rate with him and I always level this way. Having the reduced cooldown on lantern means safer soul farming, more shields that block more and more possible ganks and saves. It is how I like it anyways..
