I agree with the op in that he has some mobility issues. My main problem is that his lore, I can't be bothered to remember whether it was his actual lore or his judgement, indicates that he is a rather speedy fellow, yet in game he is quite slow. Maybe if they incorporated a small move speed buff into his passive and nerfed the attack speed on it somewhat? So every time he gets a kill he will gain a small movement speed buff, maybe one similar to dravens blood rush, where it is a quick spike that drops of quickly.Just a lore junkys 2 cents
