Due to you being in Silver 1 the game is being absolutely sure that you are ready to be indefinitely promoted to Gold 5. Riot has called this "handcuffing" because your hidden ELO does not match the quality to be put into gold yet. As youre ELO goes up you will get more points and eventually you'll get your divisional rank up best of 5...Just stick with it, it is quite frustrating but it's intended.

Wellllll, my birthday is on Christmas and I'll be 23 and have our annual brunch with the grandparents. Here during grace, I typically like to hold my arms out as if they are saying grace to me since I'm "essentially Jesus". Then we all laugh and we eat and open gifts!
