Is it worth building LW and BC Tiger and trying to be a peeler / Tank/Bruiser killer?
His sustained damage is so good that with those items he should be able to tear up anyone without the kiting issue.
It means you need a proper initiator on your team though.

Mystic shot can't crit.
If I really want to win I pick Jarvan.
If I think I can snowball quickly I pick Voli (if they don't have many escapes or slows).
Vi if they have a VIP that HAS to go down.
Otherwise I've picked up Sej and Trundle and Naut is good in 5s (but horrible in yoloQ).
Couldn't agree with you more Spiffy. I think the change of going from a trying to win attitude to a trying to improve attitude comes with good results and more enjoyment of the game. Acerunner made a post about that the other day.
If there's no such thing then why come here and post about it? If you are frustrated about losing and dropping places then fair enough, but you will get little sympathy around here as the general answer is 'You can't win them all' and 'If you got fed enough to dominate your lane then it's YOUR responsibility to help your other lanes win too' (e.g. http://www.reignofgaming.net/blogs/a-different-view/gentleman-gustaf/24194-kda-isnt-everything-but-it-is-something).
The best thing you can do when you are in a losing streak is just stop playing for a bit. If you get into a negative frame of mind you will lose. Chill out and go over your mistakes, do something fun then come back to it.

That's all fair and good, but Deliqe has basically admitted to the sort of behaviour that causes people to absolutely hate solo queue and other players.
Delique has to remember that low silver is a common entry point for players who have just started playing ranked, based on their placement matches, and are much newer to the game. Yet he's willing to go AFK and ruin the game for up to 9 other people just because he's on his high horse and expect these players to know better. He didn't know better at one stage either.
I agree with what other's have said in that I would ban him without a moments thought, but banning a player who picked Morgana support and Doran's ring in Silver 5 I wouldn't even blink at. So long as that player demonstrated a decent attitude and didn't completely feed then they contributed to their team, unlike Deliqe, who is in essence a selfish idiot.
Honestly I don't think lifesteal tanking is much of an issue, usually it's the only defence an ADC has. If they've got to the point where they're fed enough to sustain up that much damage in such a short time, and you're a bruiser trying to kill them, well, your time of the game is over and you're in the ADCs domain anyway. It's not like they can lifesteal tank A) early/mid game or B) when there are enough of the enemy team there to CC/Exhaust them so it doesn't work.
I think Vlad is toxic because in lane he just poke/heals, poke/heals, poke/heals and you can't win in the long run. If you all in on him usually his vamp isn't enough to just tank up your damage.
What part of 'not all' don't you understand?
