Well, TPA's Toyz just played Kayle for a couple of streamed tournaments, here's 1 I found.

He went crystal flask > Nashor's (prioritise Tomb) > Berserker > Guinsoon > Liandry's > Warmog. I think he got a superior item build, AS's so crucial on Kayle, and the new Guinsoon's so good on Kayle. She can sustain the super steriod even out of combat + huge life steal and spell vamp below 50%. Berserker also > then Sorc, since Kayle would have pretty good Mpen from her passive, when she have enough AS.
I tried this build in couple of the game, the only champs I had trouble with are Zed and Cass. Since both of them deal significant single target damage early game, and Cass's prob the best counter to mid Kayle, since she out range and out damage Kayle. Other games, it is easy to dominate the lane, her Q + E combo threads most caster champs (the target marked with her Q takes bonus damage), you push them out, farm up your lane, then do something useful.
